This bloomin' company is swiping me dosh without me say-so. I'll be takin' legal measures, that's for sure. It's been a year and a half since I set foot in this gym, and yet they're pinching $30 from me account each bleedin' time. Who on earth re-upped this contract without me say-so?

The fitness center has some fantastic offers. I typically exercise in the mornings and the gym is never overcrowded. Always have access to the necessary equipment. Definitely worth a visit!

I'm relocating to another state and need to cancel my membership, but the gym requires a 30-day notice which I find quite frustrating. They're quick to take your membership fees each month, yet they drag their feet when it comes to cancelling and still charge for the next month. It's unjust and without explanation. I feel it's important to share this so others are aware - if you plan to cancel your membership, make sure to do so at least 30 days in advance to avoid being charged for an extra month.

I've been frequenting this establishment for quite some time now, so I must take some of the blame. I appreciate the individuals who frequent this place and the convenient location. However, the cleanliness leaves much to be desired for a fitness center. They are currently taking steps to improve and modernize their equipment. The most significant issue is the staff's lack of knowledge. How about acknowledging that your patrons contribute to your salaries by simply greeting them with a smile? Some employees are excellent, while others need improvement or should be let go. It can be frustrating when some employees reek of marijuana, remain glued to their phones, or blatantly disregard customers. They may only engage with friends or familiar guests. I have visited other WOW facilities, and the staff displays similar behavior. Perhaps it would be beneficial for the company to invest in better training programs.

I used to frequent this establishment, but not anymore. It appears that this place has taken a turn for the worse. The ladies' facilities are unclean, and there is a pervasive smell of mold. Additionally, the prices have become too costly for my liking.

My experience with WOW has been absolutely dreadful. I held a membership for several years and attempted to cancel on multiple occasions, but they make it incredibly challenging to do so. Despite not using the facilities for a long time, I finally decided to go through with the cancellation process, which felt like signing away my firstborn child. Even after officially canceling, they continued to charge me. It wasn't until almost four years later that I discovered they had sent my outstanding payments to collections without ever informing me. My advice: steer clear of WOW if you can. They may make signing up a breeze, but canceling is a whole different story.

This gym is hands down the best I've ever visited in my entire life. Kudos to Fall River WOW. Top-notch facility!! They have it all and then some. From a dedicated women's area, a spin room, spacious locker rooms, a wide variety of ab machines, an impressive selection of free weights and equipment, and enough space to make other gyms green with envy. Wow, that's all I can say!!
