The cancellation process at this fitness center is incredibly frustrating. In order to cancel your membership, you have to physically go to the location, request a membership number, and then email them with a 45-day notice of your intention to cancel.

I've tried to cancel my membership multiple times, but they continue to charge me. I initially signed up for what was supposed to be a no-commitment membership because I was working out with a friend who goes there occasionally. However, after realizing that they were still charging me, I informed them of my desire to cancel. Despite this, they insist on continuing to charge me because the front desk employee forgot to send the cancellation email. I've already paid $167 and the charges keep adding up.

I reside in Atlanta but frequent NB about once a month and utilize this fitness center when I'm in town. I never encounter any delays in accessing the machines, and I particularly appreciate the dedicated women's area located behind the locker room that offers treadmills, ellipticals, weight machines, and free weights. Furthermore, the facility is impeccably maintained. With the recent relocation/renovation and the affordability of an annual basic membership, WOW truly offers exceptional value.

This gym is alright, but it could do with a few upgrades and better organization. The hours are pretty terrible. It would be great if they were open 24 hours.

They warmly greeted me and inspired me to prioritize my well-being. Initially, I was a bit apprehensive due to my weight gain and feelings of embarrassment. However, after our initial session, I feel incredibly empowered! Sarah instills in me the belief that I am capable of achieving anything, particularly transforming my body and mindset. If you're seeking a positive change, Redwood PT is the place for you!

The space is not very spacious, but I could just plug in my headphones and start working without any issues. The staff is really knowledgeable and provides excellent customer service.

Even though this Fitness center is a work in progress, it's fab! The staff always greets you with a smile. The service is pretty good. It would be ace if the women's section had a spot to refill water bottles instead of having to go out near the front. Some of the machines in the front could use a bit of TLC.

This establishment is absolutely delightful! I cannot fathom why individuals are lodging complaints. Those critics really ought to confine themselves to their basements for their workouts. Speaking as a member of the US military who has traversed over 32 states and frequented numerous gyms, I can confidently assert that this facility is by far the most exceptional I have encountered. I do wish there were a choice for zero stars! My young lad acquired a membership but never, ever made use of it, not even once. We tried to cancel on three different occasions, but were told there was no manager available each time we visited. I made six phone calls, only to receive the runaround and was "forgotten" on hold for a good 12 minutes by Patrick. Finally, I went in person with my son to cancel on July 5, only to be told no one was available. We returned on July 10 and waited a whopping 41 minutes for assistance. I managed to cancel on the computer, but was not provided with a printout due to "the move, things are chaotic, it'll be emailed, etc." Nonetheless, I am still being billed! Even after contacting corporate, the charges continue, so I am disputing them with my credit card company and looking into legal action! Fortunately, I have evidence of my calls and emails. Thanks a lot, WOW, for the exceptional customer service. NOT!
