The staff at the fitness center are quite friendly, I must say. However, in my humble opinion, the gym is a tad too pricey for what it offers. It could definitely benefit from some sprucing up - a revamp of the interior, perhaps. The women's changing room doesn't exactly scream "welcome" with its old carpet. All in all, the gym is in need of an upgrade to enhance its appeal to visitors.

Be cautious when signing up for a membership at this fitness center. They added me to the contract without my permission and refused to accept my cancellation. Now I have a $250 collection on my credit report. I suggest you find a better place to work out.
Donald Clark (5/18/25, 1:29 AM):
Superb fitness center. Top-notch equipment. Leg day isn't complete until you conquer the three flights of stairs on your way out. Temperature check upon entry and diligent sanitation staff uphold a low-risk environment. Authentic gym culture for all, with training options available. Great value if you're ready to make a commitment.
Abigail Taylor (5/16/25, 8:45 AM):
The female manager with dirty blonde hair is rather uncouth and lacks education. She tends to be condescending and impolite. I have witnessed her yelling at young individuals who are lifting heavy weights, scolding them by boasting that she could lift the same weight without making any noise.
Recently, I was informed that I couldn't keep my gym bag on the floor, even though it wasn't obstructing anything and only contained workout accessories. When I inquired if I could place my gym bag behind the desk since I didn't have a lock for a locker, both the female manager and the front desk attendant gave me attitude about it, disrupting my workout. As a result, I have decided not to return to this establishment in the future.
Margaret Watson (5/15/25, 2:28 PM):
The staff are fantastic! However, they have restricted guest access, which means you can't bring anyone with you. They haven't provided a clear reason for this change, like lifting mask mandates on Fridays due to Covid. If you rely on motivation from working out with a friend, I wouldn't recommend getting a membership here. I am canceling mine today.
Cynthia Morgan (5/15/25, 5:41 AM):
I must say, this gym was a total disaster when it comes to handling finances. I attempted to terminate my membership owing to their abysmal customer service. The staff members were utterly unhelpful and failed to provide any guidance. I inquired about the location of a machine targeting a specific muscle group, clearly mentioning that I was new to the facility. Their response? A mere pointing finger. As for cancelling the membership, one must go through the hassle of making a phone call and sending an email. What a complete nightmare! Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of joining this establishment.

Big shoutout to Tre over at the Redwood personal trainer program! He's my go-to personal trainer and he's really pushing me to achieve some amazing results. I can't wait to see the progress we make in the next few months - he's helping me take my fitness journey to new heights!
Julia Kelly (5/10/25, 3:36 AM):
I have been a member for quite some time, it's a great spot to get a good workout in.
Chloe Williams (5/9/25, 9:52 PM):
Fantastic workout with Sam! I didn't realize how much effort I needed to put in, so I'm grateful Sam was there to give me honest feedback about my fitness requirements and future goals!
Doris Hamilton (5/9/25, 7:57 AM):
I 'ave just started me fitness journey with Redwood Personal Training a month ago and blimey, I've already lost 2% o' body fat! Nate an' Marc are absolutely fantastic, I can't recommend 'em enough. Cheers!
Carol Richardson (5/6/25, 10:08 AM):
I am a frequent visitor to this establishment, having been a member for approximately a decade. The staff at the front desk are unfailingly pleasant, and the cleanliness of the facilities is truly unparalleled. I have no desire to patronize any other gym; my loyalty lies firmly with this one. 😊
Eric Hernandez (5/2/25, 1:36 AM):
This fitness center has always been top-notch, but since the new management took over, it has seen a significant upgrade. The atmosphere is spotless, and the staff is incredibly welcoming. Their commitment to enhancing the gym further is truly commendable.
Timothy Lee (4/30/25, 11:42 PM):
Nathan Guarino is a tremendous personal trainer from Redwood Training. He truly excels at aiding others in achieving their fitness goals. I highly recommend him as a personal trainer - a fantastic individual with a very positive attitude!
Jerry Ford (4/28/25, 4:21 PM):
I just started hitting the gym a month ago for the first time ever, and I am loving it! The atmosphere and the people there are awesome, and I have a fantastic trainer named Steve. He is top-notch! I would highly recommend Steve to anyone who is just starting out on their fitness journey. 100% satisfaction guaranteed! :)
Justin Baker (4/26/25, 9:12 AM):
If you are on the hunt for a personal trainer, this is the gym you must visit. Steve Britto is a seasoned personal trainer who has guided me on the correct way to meal prep, exercise effectively, and achieve results. He is a top-notch professional who is knowledgeable and committed to supporting you through every step.

Just two weeks into the program, and I am already experiencing noticeable changes. Not only do I feel more energetic, but I am also beginning to witness results. Steve ensures that you push past your limits and reach your maximum potential. I am thoroughly enjoying every moment of it and couldn't recommend it any more highly.
Joyce Miller (4/26/25, 12:45 AM):
The gym is an absolute gem, boasting a vast, pristine expanse filled with a bounty of free weights and top-notch cardio equipment. Ample parking space adds to the convenience. The locker rooms and steam room have been revamped splendidly, garnering praise. The staff exudes friendliness, and the management is top-tier. A resounding 5-star rating for WOW Fall River.
Brandon Barnes (4/24/25, 7:47 AM):
I highly recommend PT Steve Brito at Work Out World. His professionalism and passion for what he does are unmatched. Thanks to his assistance my fitness goals will be easier to achieve. As a former professional athlete, I am strong enough to train on my own, but training with Steve takes it to a whole new level. He is friendly, knowledgeable, engaging, and really takes the time to understand your needs in order to customize your workouts. Training with Mr. Brito is a challenging yet enjoyable experience. I am excited to continue training with him regularly as he helps me reach new heights. You're the man, Steve. - Elton Jhon (former Professional soccer player at FC Tskhinvali)
Emily Kim (4/24/25, 7:36 AM):
It requires a heavy bag and a training space, but otherwise, it's a solid gym.
Brian Carter (4/23/25, 7:03 AM):
First time back at WOW and had a fantastic workout with trainer, Fadley. Thank you for getting my mates and me settled in.
Victoria Roberts (4/22/25, 11:25 AM):
I would recommend going to Planet Fitness or another gym instead. Dealing with their cancellation policy was the most complicated (and costly) experience I've ever had. Even if you meet the criteria to avoid a fee, they manage to find a loophole and still charge you. Although the gym staff is friendly and supportive, the rest of the company's policies are not worth the trouble. Proceed with signing up at your own risk.
