I recently had an experience at Power House Gym Miami that left me feeling rather frustrated, and I feel the need to share my thoughts.
First and foremost, I must say that the cancellation policy at this gym is quite perplexing and overly restrictive. I do understand that businesses require policies to regulate memberships, but the lack of transparency and adaptability in their cancellation procedure is truly disheartening. I found myself wading through a labyrinth of small print and conflicting information, causing unnecessary stress when embarking on what should be a positive fitness journey.
To compound matters, I encountered an issue when I decided to explore Power House Gym in Fort Lauderdale. To my surprise, they attempted to levy an enrollment fee, despite my having already paid this fee upon joining the Miami location. This lack of uniformity between branches not only seems unjust, but also undermines the trust and allegiance that members anticipate when enrolling at a gym. One should not have to fret about being charged twice for the same service simply due to visiting a different site.
In summary, while the facilities at Power House Gym Miami are indeed impressive and well-kept, the burdensome cancellation policy and incongruous fees across locations have left a rather bitter taste in my mouth. I genuinely hope that management can reassess these policies to offer a more enhanced experience for their members. Until these matters are rectified, I find it challenging to wholeheartedly endorse Power House Gym to others.

I must say, Eracio and Yainelys at the front desk are just lovely and so helpful. The gym itself is incredibly roomy and impeccably clean, not to mention the top-notch machines they have available for use. Truly a fantastic experience all around!

I've been going to Powerhouse Gym for a few months now, and overall it's been a really solid experience. The gym is incredibly spacious, which I absolutely love — it never feels overcrowded. There's a wide variety of equipment available to train in different ways. The heated yoga room has been a lifesaver for me, as it has allowed me to save money on Pilates classes. Moreover, the showers and locker rooms are spotless, which truly makes a significant difference.

A couple of minor things I wish could be improved upon: I would appreciate more class options during the weekends when many of us have more free time. Additionally, the day pass is a bit pricey compared to other gyms in the area. It would be fantastic if they provided a discount for state employees since there are so many of us working nearby — it feels like a missed opportunity!

Despite those points, the staff is wonderful, the equipment is well-maintained, and it's a pristine, inviting environment to get your workout done.

Truly the top-notch gym I've ever had the pleasure of attending. Impeccably clean, and the staff is absolutely fantastic. Eraclio and Yainelys are my personal favorites, always going above and beyond to assist me.
