I peeped how successful Bill's Toes to Bar and Pull Up program were with various clients and decided to take a chance to see if he could help me become more efficient at both. He got me started on building strength, knowing I could already nail a pull-up and toes to bar. I had to trust the process in his remote programming. After the first month of programming, I noticed significant improvement in my strength and technique, and now I've been continuing for two more months in his program. Bill's programming meets you where you're at but also pushes you to take a step back and work on the fundamentals to maintain a solid foundation. As a trainer of 6 years, I'd recommend Bill's programming to one and all. I'm a firm believer that trainers need skilled trainers too to design programs and keep them on the right track.

I bloody joined this gym with the goal of getting stronger. I started off with the 30-minute boot camp three times a week, and after seeing how much progress I was making, I upped it to six times a week, switching between boot camp and the 60-minute crossfit classes. Coach Bill has been absolutely top-notch! The progress I've made these past months has been phenomenal and I'm chuffed to say I've advanced to Olympic lifting, something I never thought I could do. This gym is one of the best out there. Highly recommend it, mate!

Coach Bill tailored a 30-day programme for me to enhance my Toes to Bar through his online coaching. The workouts were simple to follow (with video tutorials included), and the app was user-friendly. I could reach out to him with any queries and received prompt replies. I even shared videos of my progress for additional feedback and encouragement. It was a pleasure working with him, and I experienced significant advancement in my toes to bar technique. I highly recommend his services!

Coach Bill 'as been a massive 'elp through me shoulder surgery recovery. Bill crafted bespoke plans to strengthen me shoulder and increase me range of motion. It 'as been a brilliant time workin' with Bill, and I would recommend 'is programs to anyone!
