I absolutely adore the fact that the gym is open 24/7! I recently needed assistance with a few things and had some trouble figuring out how to use the equipment in the past. But this time, when I asked for help, Helen was so patient and thorough in explaining everything to me. She even took the time to personally show me how the equipment worked. I truly appreciate the dedication to customer service.
I don't understand why there are so many complaints about providing banking information. Just think about the logistics of sending out reminders to every member for different amounts each month - it would require so many envelopes! Personally, I find it convenient to have automatic withdrawal set up. Now, my only concerns are making it to the gym and working out. Easy peasy!

Where to start, anyone can walk in without being checked for membership. The employees just sit around at the front desk, not even verifying if you are a black card member to access amenities like massage chairs or tanning beds; they simply ask and if you say yes, you get to use it. My partner and I called ahead to inquire about bringing our 1-year-old daughter, ensuring she wouldn't be near any equipment and would be securely strapped to our chests the entire time. We were told over the phone that it wouldn't be an issue, so we brought her along. Even when we arrived, the 4 people at the front desk reassured us it was fine. However, a manager, I presume, approached us without introducing herself and abruptly informed us that we couldn't have the baby with us. Despite us explaining the situation and being granted permission by multiple staff members, she insisted it was not allowed. Frustrated, we decided to leave and terminated our workout session.

The personnel seemed more preoccupied with engaging in flirtatious behavior amongst themselves rather than assisting members. I opted to terminate my membership, yet the staff member had me fill out a document to temporarily suspend my account instead of canceling it, resulting in them resuming withdrawals from my account. Despite making multiple attempts to rectify the situation, I was consistently directed to speak with a manager. Following numerous calls, I eventually conversed with a manager who informed me that I had signed a document for a "freeze on my account" and that I would need to either send a certified letter or return in person to complete another form. Exercise caution when dealing with this establishment!
