The gym is quite spacious and packed with equipment, which is grand. However, it appears that ensuring the machines are wiped down isn't strictly enforced. The gym tends to be rather warm, resulting in a somewhat pungent smell at times, reminiscent of a sweat lodge. Whilst they do offer an abundance of equipment that serves its purpose, cleanliness may not be their strongest suit.

I absolutely adore doing the circuit at this establishment, however, it seems that this gym allows individuals to utilize the machines in any manner they please. There is consistently someone present who neglects to employ a timer or occupies the equipment for extended durations. Despite having informed the staff on numerous occasions, no modifications have been implemented.

Planet Fitness is brilliant, absolutely top-notch. As a Black Card member, you're in for a treat - they have all the usual perks and then some. I popped in around midday and didn't have to queue for any dumbbells or machines, spot on! The folks there were quite friendly and courteous. I was absolutely loving this gym until I encountered Karen this Saturday morning, 12/10. She seems to harass every individual who walks in with a companion. Quite impolite, I must say. Nonetheless, one unfavorable experience does not overshadow the exceptional service provided by the rest of the team.

This gym may be on the smaller side, with a limited selection of free weights, but it is kept clean, the machines are in good condition, and the staff are welcoming and ready to assist. I prefer to do my workouts in the early hours of the morning, and during that time, the gym is usually quiet and uncrowded. However, on weekends and in the afternoons, it can get a bit busier, leading to potential competition for machines, benches, and weights. At this facility, you'll also find three tanning booths and a couple of electric massage chairs available for use.

I ain't too keen on giving out negative reviews, but I must say I had a less-than-stellar experience at Planet Fitness on 72nd & Sheridan. However, the facility over on 88th and Wads was not only fantastic but also quite welcoming. I'll definitely be heading back to sign up there.

The staff is quite friendly, love how they make an effort to acknowledge everyone coming in and out. This small gesture really goes a long way - it's brilliant.
Just like most PFs, some equipment is starting to show a bit of wear, especially the benches for weights and the smith machine, but they are still fully functional and usable.
The cleaning stations are (almost) always well stocked, and the staff is very responsive when something needs to be addressed.

This PF is the most laid-back gym I've EVER visited. I've checked out many gyms in my time, but my experience at PF stands out above the rest. While they may not have all the equipment I was hoping for, those awesome massage chairs more than make up for it in my opinion. Plus, the staff is fantastic. They're consistently friendly. I absolutely recommend this spot for anyone seeking an excellent budget-friendly gym.

Oh, dear old Planet Fitness! Van life approved, I must say! The employees are simply smashing, and the showers are spotless with piping hot water! Every piece of equipment is up-to-date, functional, and spick and span. The black card room is absolutely splendid and well worth the $26 monthly fee! I wholeheartedly recommend it. Cheers!

It is what it is, and it's really good at it. Not for the hardcore gym enthusiasts, it's not a recreation center. It's a tidy, well-staffed, and very well-equipped (for a light gym) facility. Lots of cardio machines, abundant free weights, squat racks, dumbbells, and more. I could go on, but it's only $10 a month, no strings attached, right? Oh, and clean locker rooms and showers. This place is for the 50 lb. weakling tired of having sand kicked in his face (a reference from over 75 years ago) or for someone who has decided to switch off the TV, get off the couch, and join us.

The blokes in charge 'ere are rubbish.. the only reason we pop in 'ere now is for convenience. After a shoddy service from Darrell the "gym manager" we'll stop comin' 'ere. Not willin' to 'elp or be friendly at all. All 'e was bothered about was gettin' back to 'is workout. I literally was 45 minutes out of a tanning period due to tannin' the night before, and 'e wouldn't accommodate at all. Very condescendin' and rude. If you want quality service, don't ask for a manager or anyone for that matter because customer service fails at this location. Might even take my family of 3 to VASA due to POOR service. Everyone 'ere 'ates their job probably due to management!

Oh dear. I've been a member for a whole year now. I rang up to cancel but apparently, I couldn't do it online. They told me I had to come in and fill out a form to cancel...?? So, I went in the next day, but they couldn't cancel my membership because I was a guest..?? It's all rather confusing as I've been charged for a whole year! Whose membership am I paying for, or where is my money going? And why can I not cancel?? They said I wasn't being charged and refused to cancel my membership until I bring in bank statements proving I was being charged...Wow. If I really wasn't being charged, I wouldn't bother coming in to cancel. By the way, I'm canceling my membership due to the mask mandate and concerns over Covid-19.

I usually pop in during the evenings after my shift. They've got all the essential gear for a solid workout. Ample space for stretching. Usually not overly packed and spick and span. The majority of folks and staff are courteous. Was taken aback to spot a top-notch runner sweating it out here. Staff appear pleasant. Place is tidy.
