I am willing to pay $30 for equipment like this, but the steam/pool area is always out of order. Moreover, the so-called unlimited guest privileges are not truly unlimited.

I've been a member at this establishment for near 5 years now, so I reckon it's about time I share my thoughts.

The team here is always fantastic and welcoming, even through all the years and changing faces. The fitness center overall is consistently tidy, and the equipment is well looked after.

Of course, there are a few numpties who make a mess or decide to do bicep curls in the squat rack. Sadly, there isn't a swift and efficient way for anyone to address them. However, they tend not to hang around for too long, max 6 months.

Other than that, I have absolutely no criticisms of this gym. Chuze, please, never change.

The staff is so lovely and the gym is always spotless. I love working out here because they are constantly cleaning. You never see that at other gyms like Vasa. However, I'm really not a fan of all the excuses about them not maintaining the Elkay water station for two years. We need the light to be working so we can tell if our water is clean or not. I've asked them repeatedly to fix it, but they always seem to find a reason to ignore the request. To be honest, there should be at least three other water stations...

The steam room has been out of service for a longer period than it took the city to construct the gas station right outside from scratch.

I was a member at this fitness center for a short period of time. The prices were quite high considering the services offered. The sauna didn't reach high temperatures and accessing it with a special key was often a hassle as the key hardly worked. Whenever a gym requires a year-long commitment and charges a fee for cancellation, it makes me reconsider joining.

The steam room 'as been shut down for nearly 3 months now, and the staff 'ave got no answers as to when this will be sorted. They just laugh it off like it's a joke, but it ain't funny at all.

New members at this gym seem to need to request a tour of the facilities, or else they are stuck with someone at the front desk flailing their arms around. The music blares so loudly that it drowns out whatever you're trying to listen to through your earbuds. Good luck trying to address this issue. It's quite frustrating to be nearly 60 years old and have some young person in their 20s walk away from you while you're speaking. I'd consider going back to Anytime Fitness if there were one nearby. I'm considering just going to the Anytime Fitness in Arvada and bracing myself. And if anyone from Chuze is reading this, please don't bother approaching me.

I absolutely adore this fitness center, been a regular for a good couple of years. The folks here are always so warm and inviting. I've tried out quite a few classes and the instructors are just fantastic - super supportive and upbeat. The place is constantly shining clean and packed with top-notch facilities, but my personal favorite has to be those hydromassage beds! Honestly, it's a steal of a membership deal!

I 'ave been workin' out 'ere for seven years and 'appy with the experience for most of that time. Recent experiences 'ave left me frustrated and lookin' for other options in the area. They recently added a bunch of equipment to the existin' space, so now it feels very crowded. There are only two rowers and lately one or both are often out of order. And they just changed their wifi system so that you now 'ave to connect to the wifi every time. This can't be industry standard since this is the only public place I go that I 'ave to sign into wifi every time. My tablet 'as a lot of trouble every time and it takes on average five minutes just to connect to wifi every day. Today it took 15 minutes. There is no need for this.

Just arrived in Denver for a week of vacation and was on the hunt for a gym. Came across this spacious fitness center with an abundance of equipment. Had a fantastic time overall! Joey was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and offered great tips on local hotspots to visit during our stay. I would absolutely endorse this gym to others!

I signed up with chuze mainly for the steam room. I got to enjoy it for a couple of months before it was suddenly closed for "Maintenance". I've been paying for a top-tier membership for 8 months, on top of a $50 yearly fee, only to not have access to the one thing that drew me in.
Upon trying to cancel my membership, I faced pushback from the staff who insisted that all the other premium amenities were still available. But those weren't what I was interested in.
I held out hope for a speedy maintenance job, but now I feel like I've thrown away $300 and received a poor response from the staff when I expressed my disappointment.
If you're after a steam room or friendly service, I recommend seeking out a different gym.

I absolutely adore this fitness center! I have been a regular here for a couple of years now, and the staff are fantastic. The facility is always impeccably clean and well-maintained, which is a non-negotiable for me; if it isn't up to scratch, I'd swiftly seek out a different gym. However, they excel in this area! I particularly enjoy the swimming pool and the splendid steam room. There is never an overcrowding issue, and everyone has been fairly considerate so far – no complaints from me. I have even convinced some friends and family to join, who all share my enthusiasm for this place. My only minor gripe would be the absence of a basketball court, but apart from that, everything is superb! I wholeheartedly recommend it!

This gym is absolutely fantastic, with a range of fabulous amenities. It's not as crowded as other gyms during peak times and is kept in excellent condition. Plus, it's quite budget-friendly too!
