This fitness center is fantastic! The layout is top-notch. Immaculately clean. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Having the option to watch movies while working out is a fantastic bonus. The kids club for my son is absolutely wonderful! I'm thrilled that I discovered this gym. I only wish I had found it sooner!

I really appreciate many aspects of Chuze, however, I can't stand that something is constantly out of order, whether it be showers, equipment, sauna, etc.

Really spotless, that infrared sauna is absolutely fantastic. It's one of the cleanest I've come across at a gym. My only desire is for them to stay open later.

I absolutely adore working out at this gym, it is without a doubt the tidiest fitness center around. Every time I show up for my workout, I am left feeling incredibly satisfied. The team here is consistently friendly and hospitable. In particular, Conner stands out - always sporting a grin and ready to assist others! He truly is an exemplary staff member.

Even during peak hours, it remains effortless to locate available equipment. The only downside is that the cable machines are consistently in demand, requiring a short wait at times.

As a former member and a senior, I would highly recommend others to exercise caution and thoroughly research before committing. There are many Silver Sneakers facilities better tailored to your specific requirements. In short, they do not uphold their promises. It took me approximately 5 years to realize this in just one day.

The presentation online is that of a lovely gym with fantastic offerings, yet I quickly realized that they have no need or interest in new members. The promotions advertised on the website do not accurately reflect this location's reality, as they claim to be "the busiest gym in the country." I was looking to add a second gym membership close to home, so I visited to inquire about the online sale offers, only to discover that none of them applied automatically as stated. Moreover, there was no clarification on which locations these offers were valid for. To my dismay, three different staff members seemed indifferent and simply informed me that this location had different (and higher) rates without providing any explanation or expressing concern for the misleading advertising, just highlighting how busy they are.
Disheartened by the lackluster customer service experience, I decided to leave. I can only speculate that members are not given much care either…
Edit/Update: To the Chuze management: I appreciate the response to my Google review. I did reach out to Chuze directly on the day of this incident, several weeks before posting this review, but received no reply regarding my experience. Hence, I felt compelled to share my feedback via Google review.

Great assortment of equipment and amenities available. The pricing is quite competitive in comparison to other gyms such as PF, as this establishment offers free weights and a variety of additional features. Additionally, there is an indoor grass turf area and extensive cardio equipment options.

I don't often leave reviews, but I absolutely adore the staff at Chuze. They greet my little one by her name and create such a warm and welcoming atmosphere for both of us. As a mother, there's no greater comfort than knowing your child is secure and cared for in a daycare environment. It enables me to fully concentrate on my workout, which is truly a blessing for any mom! We are big fans of Chuze HR!

THE GYM LACKS EQUIPMENT! This fitness center desperately needs a double arm cable machine. There is no proper space to perform double arm pulls unless you occupy a large portion of the cable area or utilize a machine that obstructs the walkway and infringes on another machine's space. The Ken Caryl branch only has one of these machines and that's still insufficient. Chuze seems unable to recognize the shortage of machines for a particular exercise if there are none available (no queue for obvious reasons, haha) - they should definitely consider adding these machines. It's a freestanding equipment with two adjustable arms.

Hello, it would be great if you could update the childcare hours on your new app. I arrived at 1 pm with my son after checking the childcare hours on the app in advance, only to find out that they had closed an hour and a half earlier than the stated times. It can be quite a challenge to leave the house and make it to the gym with a baby, so arriving and finding out that it's not open when it was supposed to be online is quite disappointing.
Good news though, the childcare hours have now been updated on the app.

The fitness center itself is truly amazing. It's spotless, well-maintained, and the classes are absolutely top-notch. However, my main gripe lies in the absolute nightmare that is finding parking for the last six months. It's been atrocious, to say the least. I find myself dreading the idea of heading to the gym, simply because I don't fancy spending 10-20 minutes hunting for a parking spot. The staff suggested we park in the King Soopers lot across a bustling and expansive street, which is quite the hassle.
Moreover, once you manage to make it inside, the machines are mostly unoccupied, yet it seems like a horde of chads are glued to their phones, showing off by the free weights. Personal space seems to be a foreign concept in the free weight area as well.

Superb gym, superb staff HOWEVER
The management keeps taking away the daily poll that some staff members started putting up at the front check-in. I thoroughly enjoy the new questions every day and engaging with the staff and fellow members.

The chaps over at the fitness center will actually go about fibbing to you regarding the cancellation of your membership and the chap in charge won't do a thing about it, as they keep on charging you even after telling you it was sorted. Calls aren't recorded (quite convenient for them!) so I'd recommend recording your own call if you plan on chatting with them regarding any issue with your membership. If their own staff can't grasp the contract well enough to explain it clearly, then there's a bit of an issue. And when the manager isn't willing to cooperate with you AT ALL (even though their staff member fibbed), when you've been a loyal member there for YEARS, it's rather disappointing and heartless - simply atrocious customer service. Don't expect anything for being a loyal customer, they are only interested in the moolah.
The gym itself is decent if you're fine with a bunch of youngsters lounging on machines and glued to their phones. The gym is ALWAYS far too packed to even get a proper workout unless you're just keen on using a treadmill.
If you peruse through the reviews, you'll notice many folks lamenting about this. And there's never a satisfactory response other than "hope you come during a lighter time!" It's a jest of a response. They simply don't care about their long-term customers, end of story.
Spend your dosh elsewhere, at an honest gym with folks who genuinely wish to work out rather than sit on equipment staring at their phones.
