I've been a member of F45 Highlands Ranch for nearly 3 years - the longest I've ever committed to a gym program. The coaches are incredibly motivating (particularly Jesse and Melissa!) and the workouts never become monotonous. It truly feels like a unique community to be a part of.

I am absolutely thrilled to have discovered this gym. I really enjoy experimenting with various types of fitness programs, such as OrangeTheory, CrossFit, cycling, Peloton, at-home workouts, and more. What sets this gym apart is that a) it provides a comprehensive full-body workout without the risk of overuse injuries from activities like running or CrossFit. b) The 45-minute classes are incredibly efficient, with minimal breaks and all the necessary equipment readily available. It's perfect for maximizing my time at the gym. My heart rate reaches running levels, and I can lift heavy weights if I choose to. c) The trainers here are exceptional and truly engaged, unlike at many other gyms, especially CrossFit facilities. d) They offer heart rate monitoring to track progress, similar to OrangeTheory. e) The class schedule is flexible, with options available throughout the day to accommodate different schedules. f) The workouts consist of a mix of cardio and weight training days, with a strong focus on core strength and agility. g) Nutritional guidance is provided through the challenge app, along with personalized food plans. h) The gym caters to individuals of all fitness levels and accommodates various injuries, offering options to either intensify the workout or opt for low-impact exercises. i) An app is available to display workout routines, using weights or bodyweight exercises, even when traveling. j) The trainers are incredibly welcoming and clearly enjoy their work, creating a positive atmosphere that extends to all participants. k) I appreciate the dynamic workout style reminiscent of CrossFit, which helps me warm up effectively. (Note: Cool down or stretching is not incorporated into the class, but participants are free to do so on their own.) In terms of drawbacks, the only cons I've noticed are that you are limited to signing up at one location rather than being able to visit multiple gyms, and the calorie count on the HR monitor seems higher compared to other apps and doesn't allow for customization based on individual maximum heart rate. However, I believe they are continually improving the app's features.

I found myself at F45 after tagging along with a mate for a spontaneous sweat sesh, having been a devoted Peloton user for years, and I was instantly captivated! Even though I was a tad nervous before my initial class, the coaches quickly put me at ease. The mix of workouts, the high energy pace, and the music are all fantastic. There's never a dull moment! And the coaches are excellent at keeping you pumped up and enhancing your technique and training.

It's as tidy as can be with top-notch gear, and the tech is just brilliant! They even had a DJ this mornin'! This is the best workout program! The coaches are super helpful, always ensuring that you're performing moves correctly to prevent any injuries, and everyone is so encouraging. The best Boutique Gym you can find, innit. I go 5-6 days a week and I 'ave never done the same workout twice! I love 'ow fast the classes go and the variety of exercises. This concept proves that you only need 45 minutes to burn a ton of calories...I burn more in 45 min than I ever did in other fitness classes that are an hour long. I am addicted!!! Cheers mate!
