Just 15 wee minutes were enough to get me captivated, my excuses vanished into thin air. I can jolly well manage anything for a quarter of an hour. More sweat, less time. I've partaken in over 50 one-on-one sessions and am feeling absolutely smashing. The classes are open to all, but I'm a tad self-conscious so I prefer attending when the timetable is clear. The warmth aids in soothing those achy muscles, allowing you to go about your daily business without any bother. I've dabbled in new sessions ranging from Barre to yoga, pilates, and cycling. Let me tell you, this is the finest thing I've done for meself in donkey's years. Cheers to that!

I signed up for HOTWORX in Highlands Ranch just after the initial covid closure when Tatiana and Andrew were launching their business. I'm happy to say I was one of their earliest members! I can't praise my experience enough! They are incredibly friendly and their staff, especially Victoria, is top-notch. As business owners, they always exceed expectations and remembered my name from day one. After a couple of career changes and a relocation, I got a Sweat Anywhere membership that has enabled me to try out various studios across Colorado. The customer service at this location is truly exceptional!

I was just visiting from out of town, but I do wish my local place was as good as this one. The employees were super friendly and knowledgeable, creating a really positive vibe. Plus, last year I got injured playing tennis, and the infrared heat from hotworx training helped it heal at twice the speed. In my opinion, there's no better deal in the gym market.

DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT!!!! I acquired a membership at this yoga studio with high hopes of getting in shape. However, due to the distance and Covid restrictions, I never got the chance to use their services. After a month, I called to cancel and spoke with the male owner who mentioned I was locked into a contract with a cancellation fee, and it would take another two months to fully cancel. I reluctantly agreed but requested he make a note to cancel me after that period. He verbally agreed over the phone. Fast forward a couple of months, I noticed I was still being charged. Upon calling again, I spoke with a woman who was apologetic and promised to cancel my membership immediately, another verbal agreement that my husband also heard. Yet, after several more months, my credit card was still being charged. After carefully reading the fine print online, we discovered that cancellation required a visit to the physical location to provide a 60-day notice, which I assume is what the owner had informed me (and then continued charging me after the 60 days he verbally agreed to). Alternatively, there was a $90 cancellation fee or the option to send a certified letter of cancellation. It feels like being trapped in a contract where they keep taking your money and deceive you about the steps needed to cancel, leaving you bound in an agreement you can't escape from. ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!!

As someone who works remotely and has three young children to look after, these 40-minute sessions are just what I need to refresh and revitalize. The space is consistently clean, the staff is friendly, and the new owners are truly dedicated to fostering a sense of community within the Hotworx family. I wouldn't recommend it! Customer service is crucial to me, and being misled over the phone with promises of a free trial only to be pressured into a commitment upon arriving is not conducive to attracting new customers. I had to revise my initial review because there was no acknowledgement or apology for the deceptive practices. We decided to visit another studio instead, where the staff were much more professional. They initially offered a free trial, but when we arrived, they reneged and insisted on a payment of $51 for less than 10 days of classes, even though the regular monthly membership fee was only $59. This kind of behavior is simply unprofessional!
