I have been a member of numerous big chain gyms throughout the years and I must say, this one is definitely one of the cleanest and best maintained. However, parking, I must say, is absolutely dreadful. There simply isn't enough parking spaces for the number of memberships they sell at this particular location. I will definitely be terminating my membership once a closer Fitness center opens up near Castle Pines/Rock. Even when I come during off-peak hours, it can still take me a good 20 minutes or more just to find a parking spot. I simply cannot afford to spend 2 hours hunting for a place to park and then trying to fit in a workout.
Nicole Sanchez (4/18/25, 2:17 PM):
This establishment is top-notch with a fantastic team! The equipment, floors, and changing rooms are consistently spotless and impeccably looked after. The price cannot be surpassed, offering the same amenities as other nearby gyms for half the cost! The classes are exceptional, and the instructors are truly exceptional! I plan to remain a member here for many years to come!
Abigail Sullivan (4/17/25, 11:36 AM):
Chuze is like me second 'ome! I've been comin' to this location since it opened and it 'as been truly amazin' in every way! All of the staff are exceptionally friendly and they know the members and welcome them by name. The group fitness coaches are all so friendly and welcomin' and 'elpful especially if you are takin' a class for the first time. The Team Training coaches are exceptional and I've built some amazin' friendships with them as well as other members. The gym is always clean and always bein' cleaned by the staff. The amenities are fantastic and the price can't be beat! Hours are great, too. I also love Chuze as a company and their mission and overall philosophy. You can tell the employees are all aligned with their values and I love that they really take members feedback into consideration.

Spotless facilities, top-notch equipment variety, and luxurious saunas. The staff is consistently welcoming and accommodating. Membership management has been a breeze to collaborate with.
Victoria Butler (4/15/25, 11:18 PM):
This fitness center boasts the latest equipment and tends to draw in a younger clientele. They provide a 7-day trial period which is great for newcomers. Upon my initial visit, I was handed a barcode tag to access this trial. The facility offers a self-guided tour, so you are left to explore on your own. I was immediately impressed by the state-of-the-art equipment and the various amenities such as the steam room, sauna, hot tub, and swimming pool. However, during my afternoon visits, the gym tends to be quite crowded, leading to wait times for equipment and limited spots in the sauna. This aspect became a bit of a downside for me personally. I ultimately decided to seek out another gym as I prefer a less crowded environment. Nonetheless, for those who thrive in energetic atmospheres and value top-notch equipment, this gym is a fantastic choice!

I absolutely adore this place! Highlands will forever be my go-to gym, no doubt about it! There's truly no other gym quite like it, and I visit four different gyms each week! Tony and Will are absolutely fantastic, and I've formed such strong connections with them and the other gym-goers. The 4 am crew is my crowd, haha! It's always spotlessly clean! I read a comment mentioning broken machines, but that's a very rare occurrence! I will always choose Chuze! 🏋️‍♂️💪
Beverly Jackson (4/13/25, 5:56 PM):
Machines busted all over the place. I'm relocating to another state where there ain't no Chuze gym around, and even though I've been a member since they first opened here (even changed my membership type), the not-so-friendly manager wouldn't budge on the $50 cancellation fee. Planet Fitness just popped up across the street - head over there instead, this spot is losing its charm and the staff ain't as friendly as they used to be.
Andrew Sullivan (4/13/25, 4:10 PM):
I've been meaning to write a review for quite some time now, and every visit serves as a reminder. My entire family are members at Chuze Fitness Highlands Ranch. I can't speak highly enough about this gym and the customer service. We are always welcomed by fantastic employees who have impeccable manners and a friendly attitude. In particular, I want to give a big shout out to Connor and Tyler, who make an incredible team. Not only are they courteous and professional, but they also keep the gym in fantastic shape. As owners of a commercial cleaning company, we greatly appreciate the cleanliness of the gym. The teamwork at Chuze is remarkable, it feels like a family and you're made to feel part of it.

While there may be another Chuze location closer to us, we prefer going to this one because of the personal connection we have with the staff. I'd also like to mention that it would be wonderful to see Connor and Tyler progress within Chuze Fitness! They would make a stellar management team in the industry. Please don't move them from their current location, as many people, including my family, would be disappointed. Great job, guys!

I must also acknowledge the rest of the team, as they are all fantastic and work together seamlessly.

Thank you, Chuze Fitness, for your outstanding service, a beautiful gym, great prices, and an excellent staff! The gym feels like a second home to me, and going there is always enjoyable!
Brittany Martin (4/13/25, 6:46 AM):
The steam room reeks, with hair strewn about and a slimy feel.
It's been this way for a while now, so it's clear they don't put much effort into cleaning it up.
Alice Rogers (4/11/25, 3:53 PM):
I've never felt more welcome at a fitness center! The staff, members, and instructors are all incredibly friendly. Plus, the facilities are always spotless and well-maintained, making for a pretty chill or maxed workout!
Victoria Morgan (4/10/25, 7:16 PM):
The equipment is top-notch, but the sauna is consistently out of service. The showers are quite cramped, and the parking lot is always jam-packed, forcing you to park far from the entrance.
Eugene Nguyen (4/8/25, 3:26 AM):
Chuze Gym has got it all: fantastic membership rates, top-notch gear, a roomy gym, welcoming staff, and courteous clientele. I absolutely adore attending the Body Pump session and relaxing in the sauna to get warmed up before hitting the weights! Highly suggest it!
Jack Jenkins (4/6/25, 11:19 PM):
Spotless and not packed in the early afternoon. The staff were friendly during my trip to this spot. All in all, a fantastic workout and atmosphere.
Heather Edwards (4/6/25, 6:11 AM):
Valerie P, the Pilates instructor, wasn't very welcoming when I arrived at the fitness center. She immediately asked for a class confirmation code, which I didn't know how to obtain since I was on a trial membership. Instead of helping me, she told me to figure it out or ask someone else in the class, even though I had arrived early. She treated another person who entered the same way, and the machine outside wasn't working properly either. Overall, her tone wasn't friendly, patient, or energetic. I remember encountering her last year when I had a membership, and she was just as rude back then.
Emma Brown (4/5/25, 9:32 PM):
I am a fitness expert (unaffiliated with Chuze) and a regular gym attendee. I have been a member and instructor at several gyms in the local area, and I must say that Chuze Highlands Ranch offers one of the best deals. While parking can be a challenge on weekday evenings, especially with the high school and after-work crowds, this is a common issue in 99% of gyms in the Highlands Ranch/DTC/Centennial area.

I used to belong to a much pricier gym in the area that always had parking problems, poorly maintained equipment that wasn't fixed promptly, and facilities that were not well-kept. I switched to Chuze because it offers better value for money, with reasonable prices, a clean environment, a wide range of equipment, ample turf space, great customer service, and diverse classes (for those interested in group fitness).

Edit (forgot to mention): Occasionally, you may encounter a young person using their phone instead of working out while occupying a machine. Luckily, I haven't experienced this issue often when needing to use a machine, and I don't mind politely asking to work in during these situations. I've never had a negative confrontation. However, I understand that this could be an uncomfortable situation for others. To the management: perhaps consider posting signs encouraging members to limit phone usage while on machines. This may not completely solve the problem but could help alleviate it.
Mark Graham (4/4/25, 11:44 PM):
The instructors at the fitness center are absolutely fantastic, particularly Teresa and Paul. There is a wide variety of classes available for everyone to enjoy.
Louis Patterson (4/3/25, 7:30 AM):
I've been frequenting this place for a few years.
The staff is super friendly. The prices are reasonable. I've mainly stuck to the weight section so far.
Signing up for yoga can be a bit tricky, as you can only do it an hour before the class begins, which adds an extra step to getting into a class.
Charlotte Harris (4/1/25, 2:13 PM):
As a concerned parent and member of Chuze Fitness, I felt compelled to share my experience regarding the Kids Club offered at the gym. One of the main reasons I decided to join this gym was the convenience of having a safe and enjoyable space for my child while I worked out. However, my recent visits to the Kids Club have left me deeply disappointed and worried.

When I dropped off my child, I couldn't help but notice a lack of enthusiasm and interest from the employees in charge of supervising the Kids Club. It's disheartening to see them showing visible disappointment when taking care of my child, as if it's a chore rather than a responsibility. Additionally, witnessing two employees exchanging disapproving looks only added to my dismay.

As a mother, seeing such attitudes towards my child is distressing. Every parent expects their child to be treated with care, attention, and respect, especially in a facility that promises to provide such services. It's crucial for the employees to maintain professionalism and show genuine concern for the well-being of all children under their supervision.

I genuinely hope that Chuze Fitness management addresses these concerns promptly and takes steps to ensure that all Kids Club employees demonstrate the appropriate attitude and dedication to their responsibilities. Every child should feel welcomed and appreciated, and it's essential that the gym staff reflect these values in their interactions with young members.

In summary, while the gym facilities may be impressive, the experience at the Kids Club does not meet expectations. As a loyal member, I encourage Chuze Fitness to prioritize the enhancement of their Kids Club services to create a positive and nurturing environment for all children.
Angela Price (3/31/25, 4:32 AM):
Absolutely smashing club, top-notch equipment. I find meself here temporarily (potentially for good) from Maryland to lend a hand with me elderly parents and wanted to keep up me fitness routine for a month. Ye see, back home I'm a member of two massive gyms, and Chuze measures up to any of the finest gyms I've frequented in the last 40 years. The staff are incredibly helpful and always greet me with a warm hello and goodbye. I was able to swiftly purchase a one-month membership with no fuss. Jolly good show, Chuze!
Arthur Murphy (3/30/25, 8:06 PM):
Lovely tidy gym. However, the hip thrust machine is a bit wonky, so you can't add weight to it, and it's a bit tricky to do hip thrusts on the squat rack because benches are a no-go. Parking can be a nightmare after 5 pm or on Saturday mornings.
