Top-notch classes. Fabulous vibes. Workouts can be absolutely brutal if you really go for it.

F45 really makes exercising an enjoyable and rewarding experience! The team is fantastic, the workouts are tough but in a really positive way, and before you know it, those 45 minutes have flown by!

Winco Foods is definitely more affordable than Albertsons by a long shot. However, you often see individuals driving without a license and with invalid tags. One must contemplate whether these individuals have insurance at all. Be cautious of such people. They are likely to be individuals who use drugs and prefer to drive without proper authorization, evading the law while we law-abiding citizens ensure that our vehicles are properly insured and licensed. If you spot such an individual, do not hesitate to contact the police, highway patrol, or sheriff.
Rose Adams (4/7/25, 7:41 PM):
I absolutely adore this gym! The workouts are challenging yet they fly by in no time. Each trainer is incredibly friendly and encouraging. While it may be a tad pricey, I've found it to be well worth the investment.
Harper Williams (4/7/25, 5:21 PM):
For many years, I've been struggling with depression because of my weight issues. I've experimented with weight loss supplements and sometimes dabbled in the local gym scene. However, I could never fully commit to either one.

It wasn't until my friend Kristin Marker introduced me to the group workouts at F45 in Eagle, Meridian, and now Downtown Boise that things started to change. On July 12th, 2018, I mustered up the courage to give it a try. I won't sugarcoat it - it was tough, especially since I had never really exercised before. But what was even tougher was returning the following day and the day after that.

What kept me coming back were the coaches. They were incredibly positive and supportive, never making me feel judged or overlooked. And within six months, I noticed a significant difference in both my body and my mindset.

I still have a journey ahead of me to reach my ultimate goal, but I now feel more confident than ever that I will get there.

Thank you, F45, for not only aiding me in overcoming my depression but also for helping me reach my desired destination!
