I've been calling repeatedly to inform them of my change of address and requested a callback with the corporate number, but they have never responded, you know because those of us who sell memberships know it doesn't look good for the numbers... So they just keep charging me. I didn't even pick up my key fob.
I gave 2 stars tonight because I decided to take a shower after my workout. I always run short of time in the morning before work, so I thought this would be a great alternative! Well, if you enjoy COLD showers, the far right shower is the one for you. I prefer warm, even hot showers... If you like freezing temperatures 🥶🥶, then this is the shower for you. I had the temperature all the way up, lathered up, and could barely touch my skin with the icy water. I don't know if they turn it off at night or if they just want you to take quick showers or what??? My hair goes down to my butt, no shower is ever quick enough for a cold shower. Very disappointed. I will be trying other locations.

Do not be fooled by the $1 promotion they offer at this gym. After 2 weeks, the cost goes up to $25 every other week. Trying to cancel is a nightmare - you can only do so if you move, get injured and provide doctor's proof that you cannot exercise, or pay a hefty buyout fee. The gym conveniently forgets to mention any of this when you sign up. Even if you move or get hurt, you still have to keep paying until they process everything. The buyout option will set you back around $650. So unless you're committed to this gym for the next three years, I'd steer clear.

I 'ave been a member fer two years now. I 'ave also tried nearly all of the gyms in Brighton, includin' the recreation center. I 'ave achieved so many goals with the 'elp of the supportive staff. If you are serious about losin' weight, tonin' up, there is a class, a piece of cardio equipment, or weights; both machine and free. Open 24/7, you can't go wrong 'ere!

Exiting the contract has proven to be a formidable task as well. Ultimately, I had to pay to terminate the remaining period of my contract. I would suggest exploring alternative, more cost-effective gym options before considering this one.

This gym is the most ghastly one I've ever encountered. No one bothers to wipe down the equipment after use. The showers are always either flooded or filthy. The tanning beds never seem to have any sanitizer or paper towels for cleaning. The staff is incredibly impolite. And to top it off, you're practically coerced into a 3-year contract.

They don’t “force” you into a 3-year contract. Anytime Fitness has a clean gym with private showers, and the manager allowed me to do month-to-month since my work schedule is all over the place. The gym has a room where you can choose from over 200 workouts and then watch the instructor on a big screen. The best thing is the Jacobs ladder - killer!

Absolutely dreadful company overall. The gym equipment is as basic as it gets, the tanning beds are minuscule, and escaping your contract feels like securing a rare historical artifact. After relocating with my girlfriend, the struggle to terminate our memberships continued. I am still awaiting one final document in the mail to end mine, while hers was supposedly canceled over two months ago. However, they recently informed her via email that her evidence was insufficient, and they would be reinstating her contract. Furthermore, they stated that in order to cancel, we would need to pay yet another termination fee plus an additional month's membership dues. It makes one wonder about the legality of such actions, especially when we possess a confirmation email for the cancellation. Hmm...thankfully, our bank is supporting us in this matter. 😉 It's truly disheartening to see businesses resort to dishonest tactics. This misconduct does not reflect well on a company of this caliber aspiring to maintain a positive reputation. We will be reaching out to the BBB with all the specifics. I wouldn't recommend signing up for a membership here unless you enjoy dealing with the inconvenience of canceling, as you have to go through a third party to do so (even with a month-to-month contract). The staff in the office are unable to assist you with this process. Additionally, each gym has its own set of rules and limitations, so make sure to carefully review the agreement before putting pen to paper. I initially signed up for my membership at the Brighton location with the benefit of bringing a friend, but when I visited an Anytime Fitness in the Denver area, they informed me that I couldn't bring a guest along.

This splendid establishment boasts an impressive array of equipment, thoughtfully arranged to maximize space without feeling cramped. Featuring four power racks, a Smith machine, abundant cardio machines, and various weight machines, as well as a dedicated stretching area stocked with bands, dumbbells, and kettlebells, not to mention numerous pull-up bars. Margie, the manager, is a gem - incredibly kind and professional. She graciously assisted me in resolving a billing error that was entirely my fault, going above and beyond to help me out tremendously. The facility is consistently immaculate, stocked with plenty of towels and disinfectant bottles to ensure equipment cleanliness. My encounters with the staff have all been positive, and fellow members are courteous and respectful. The convenience of 24-hour access is truly remarkable. I've also had excellent experiences at one of their other locations. I wholeheartedly recommend this place.

Much superior than all the other gyms, clean and the staff like Margie are very helpful and make you feel at home, truly a judgment-free zone unlike Planet Chuze and Vasa. I can lift heavy weights, drop weights, or do CrossFit without any worries.

One of the best gyms I've had the pleasure of visiting. The equipment is consistently clean and there's a good selection of machines to choose from, making it easy to get a solid workout in without any hassle. The staff is incredibly friendly and relaxed, and cancelling my membership was a breeze as long as I provided a 30-day notice. They were even kind enough to offer me a monthly contract instead of the standard 12-month one, knowing that I would be moving soon. Their flexibility and cooperation really stood out to me. 5 stars all the way!
