Out of all the gyms available to choose from, I intentionally select Fitness Connection. The warm welcome upon entering and the willingness to assist with any inquiries or information sets the staff apart for me. I have been a member for over 10 years and plan on remaining so, because rather than just treating me as a member, they genuinely treat everyone like part of the family.

Absolutely love this gym! The staff is always amazing, and we've been loyal members here for ages. I adore the fact that they offer a sauna and a dedicated female-only workout area. This gym is absolutely fantastic. The prices are unbeatable for the range of amenities offered, there are fantastic deals on supplements, and the variety of machines is truly impressive. The staff members are always friendly and knowledgeable, with qualified trainers on hand. I've had less-than-stellar experiences at gyms that cost nearly three times as much.

This gym is fantastic with a wide range of equipment and staff that are incredibly welcoming. The pricing is extremely competitive as well. It's ideal for locals in the area. The only downside is their limited guest policy. In conclusion, I would definitely suggest checking it out!

My initial experience was absolutely fantastic. I had the opportunity to participate in a complimentary group class. Following that, all I had to do was purchase a membership! Furthermore, Fitness Connection will be operating 24 hours starting in April!

Absolutely dreadful service!!! 0 stars...

So, the gym is massive with tons of equipment, but THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL, they treated me terribly and were extremely rude. When I initially signed up, they were all smiles and sunshine, I had been paying my membership for about 6 months and they were deducting money monthly from my bank account. Then, yesterday they informed me that my membership no longer existed and that I needed to sign up all over again!! So, I show up at the gym today, ready to work out, and I'm met by a super rude lady who tells me I can't enter unless I pay almost $200. She simply says, "You need to pay to get in, if you don't pay, leave!" Very disrespectful and impolite... HORRENDOUS SERVICE, they offer no help in resolving any issues, just direct you to call customer service and wash their hands of the situation... I strongly advise against this gym, they lack basic manners! That's why I'm here sharing my opinion. The cherry on top is that when you first register as a new user, they ask if you can give them 5 stars on Google and a positive review!! Well, given how rude they are, they deserve 1,000 stars!!!! An incredibly unfortunate and unpleasant experience, I had an awful time dealing with that unsympathetic staff.
