A proper tidy gym with oodles of room and jolly good classes on offer! The chaps and chapesses on staff are all ever so friendly and helpful, particularly Lisa, who kindly took a moment to give me the grand tour on my first visit. Cheers!
Janet Kim (4/1/25, 7:39 AM):
I do fancy going to this gym. I made the decision to downgrade to the $10 monthly membership since I wasn't using any of the extra services. I recently relocated, so I started attending a nearer gym compared to the one I used to frequent with a mate and had to switch my home branch. This left me feeling a bit disgruntled, and I contemplated switching gyms altogether when I discovered it cost $25 to change my main gym. Quite disappointing! It wouldn't be as bothersome if it were in the range of $5 to $10.
Matthew Myers (3/31/25, 4:19 AM):
This gym is absolutely dreadful. No matter when you decide to drop by, it's always swarming with people. You'll find yourself queuing up for a machine, a spot in the green area, or even just some space by the dumbbells for what feels like an eternity. Whether it's a weekday or a weekend, morning or evening, the struggle remains the same. Clearly, they've oversubscribed this place. The only silver lining is that the equipment is top-notch compared to other gyms. While it may come at a lower price, the constant waiting makes it hardly worth it. It's worth shelling out a bit more for a gym that offers a more peaceful workout environment.
Eric Jackson (3/30/25, 7:37 PM):
It would be absolutely smashing if there were a tad more options on the spanking new massage chairs. The current 3 settings are rather brutal on my tailbone, you see. They do wonders for my neck and upper back, but when they shift on down to me rear, it's quite the painful experience. I find myself having to raise meself up off the chairs until they return to the upper body region. It's a jolly nuisance that half of the massage is wasted as I struggle to dodge the lower back and bum pummeling. Apart from that, it's ever so delightful to work out at this gym, I must say. Cheers!
Sophia Gutierrez (3/29/25, 8:28 PM):
I absolutely adore this gym! The assortment of equipment and the lively ambiance, along with the enthusiasm from the staff and fellow members, is so inspiring. It genuinely feels like a tight-knit community committed to reaching their fitness objectives.

I can't praise enough the assistance I've gotten from Josh, the General Manager; Lisa, who oversees the Studios; and Rob, the Manager of Personal Training. The three of them have played a crucial role in supporting me with their knowledge and motivation. Thanks to their unwavering dedication, my fitness journey has not only been successful but also enjoyable.

I wholeheartedly suggest this gym to anyone in search of a nurturing and motivating atmosphere!
