Online Classes and Extensive Amenities

One of the standout features of Life Time Fitness is their selection of online classes. These classes range from yoga to high-intensity interval training, ensuring that all fitness levels can find a suitable option. Additionally, various amenities, such as the sauna, steam room, and outdoor services, create an unparalleled wellness experience.

On-Site Services and Child Care

The wheelchair-accessible entrance ensures that all facilities are inclusive, enhancing accessibility for every member.

Concerns About Crowding and Maintenance

Many users feel that the number of memberships should be restricted to alleviate overcrowding during peak hours. Issues like low water pressure in showers and the cleanliness of locker rooms have also been noted as areas needing attention.

Membership Requirements and Service Options

Membership is required to access all that Life Time Fitness offers. While the price may seem steep, many members believe the quality justifies it. However, high prices combined with limited availability can lead to frustration, especially when more amenities, such as basketball courts, are converted for other uses.

Experiences to Note

Patrons highlight the professionalism of trainers like Anastasiia, who deliver customized workout experiences, ensuring each individual meets their fitness goals safely. Positive experiences with staff have contributed to a sense of community within the gym. Yet, there have been calls for improved communication and customer service, particularly concerning account issues or inquiries.

I 'ave always 'ad a jolly good experience 'ere. Usually I 'ave to give up gyms after a few months because of all of the excessive compliments I get from people at the gym. As you know, the worst thing a 'uman can get is compliments from another 'uman. But I 'ave not 'ad this classical problem. Everyone is instead quiet 🤫 and politely ensconced in their digital worlds. The gym is clean and 'as many unused machines.

Lifetime Fitness Centennial CO 5000 Dry Creek is a splendid establishment, but tis not quite right to shut down the basketball courts for the regular members so as they are available solely for birthday parties. I've visited four other Lifetime Fitness locations and never encountered such an issue with accessing the basketball courts.

This gym 'as become such a disappointment...

The amenities and benefits of this gym 'ave been chipped away year by year. New members now 'ave to pay extra just to use the outside pool, memberships are $180/month plus tax, there's no more indoor turf, and a basketball court was removed making it so that it's impossible to play basketball unless you want to shoot hoops with ten others at the same time. Want to use the one basketball court despite it being absolutely packed? Too bad! There's a bounce house and a bunch of kids that 'ave to use it. Pretty sure LTF could just switch from being a gym to a birthday party center.

Outside of this their equipment and maintenance is horrendous. Their indoor 'ot tub was broken for over a month! It's beyond frustrating not being able to use basic features of a gym that you could get for a sixth of the price LTF charges. 24 hour, VASA, and Chuze would never 'ave their 'ot tub down for over a month. Even when things are working, the locker rooms are filthy and staffed by kids just starting the ninth grade. You'd think with all the extra profit from dues they could hire more competent non minimum wage employees, but of course not.

I actually would be fine paying more each month if the quality was actually improvin'. This Lifetime however, believes they can do the opposite by objectively lowering the quality while deciding to absolutely inflate dues to the max. It cannot be overstated how much the quality 'as gone down.

They've taken existin' spaces people used to be able to use for free and tried to squeeze more profit out of them by now chargin' members to use an area that used to be free (i.e. outdoor pool and the old indoor turf area). Along with this, they've made it not 24/7 anymore. There's 32 hours of the week the gym is not opened that it used to be open. Do members get a discount off of LTF savin' 32 hours of labor? Nope..

If you are obsessed with pickleball only then I guess this gym would work out for you, but it is NOT worth the money and you will be continually frustrated by them.

I adore Lifetime. The classes are truly a good bang for your buck; nevertheless, this club tends to be quite filthy. Even when I pop in at 4 AM, the bathrooms in the women's locker room are not tidy. You will always find stray hair and dirt in the locker zones. Furthermore, the steam room frequently has discarded towels and grimy floors. It's a pity as this club is in a prime spot.
Nicholas Graham (3/29/25, 2:43 PM):
I couldn't be more disappointed with this Lifetime location! I've always enjoyed them in the past, but this location has now permanently closed its basketball courts to host birthday parties. It's a GYM, for goodness' sake! What a decision driven by profit and greed rather than prioritizing athletic activities and current members. Our entire family is appalled and canceling our membership. Shame on them!
