Begun as a temporary freeze on my membership due to health reasons. Despite this, they persisted in charging me repeatedly. I made the decision to officially cancel with proper documentation. However, they still managed to charge my card, even after I had the credit card company prevent them from doing so. I am now in the process of ordering a new card.
I trust you enjoyed that final $32 charge. Was it truly worth losing a loyal customer of several years? It seems likely that your establishment will struggle to survive with such practices in place.
In conclusion, I have initiated a chargeback through my credit card company to reclaim the $32 that was essentially taken from me. It appears that they must be in dire need of funds. Surely not for repairing the air conditioning, considering how hot it is in there at over 80 degrees.

I absolutely adore this gym! The classes are fantastic (especially with Ashley), Gus and his front desk team are always so welcoming, and the restroom facilities are immaculately maintained. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

This gym is an absolute gem! The staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful, and the equipment is top-notch and well-maintained. Most of the members are friendly and courteous, creating a great atmosphere overall.
I particularly love the weights on the main racks, they remind me of my favorite UMax weights. My only wish is that they had more options for heavier kettlebells, as the selection currently maxes out at 60 lbs. Additionally, it would be great if they could secure the TRX better to provide a more challenging workout experience. And if they ever decide to renovate, a longer turf for sled movements would be fantastic.
This gym is one of the few in the area that offers plenty of space and stations, even during peak hours, which means I can switch up my workout without having to wait around.
However, I must address a recent issue regarding the lack of air conditioning. Over the past few weeks, there have been conflicting explanations for why there is no AC and why the gym feels uncomfortably warm. I've heard everything from "it's being fixed and will be operational soon" to "the owner is not planning to fix it because the weather is changing." This situation is simply unacceptable, especially when temperatures are consistently over 80 degrees.
It is unfair that we are still paying our dues while not receiving adequate cooling. If this issue is not resolved promptly, myself and other members, including those who recommended this gym to me, may need to find alternative workout options.

I absolutely adore my Retro gym! Gus Towli, the owner, always ensures that the equipment is in top working condition and spotlessly clean. The staff is wonderful too! They are constantly bringing in new equipment and items, keeping things fresh and exciting.

Retro fitness in EHT is a smashing gym. The staff and equipment are top-notch. I've been frequenting this spot since its grand opening. Despite moving away, I make it a point to drop by when I'm in the vicinity as I consistently have a splendid workout. Cheers!

The staff at the gym are really friendly. If there isn't a class happening in the main room, there's lots of room for stretching or doing some light weight lifting. You can usually find a free treadmill or elliptical machine since they have an upstairs area as well.

The vibe as soon as you step foot in the gym makes you eager to become a member. The owner and staff are incredibly welcoming and more than happy to assist with any queries about the premises or equipment. The locker rooms and machinery are consistently being cleaned by the staff. The gym layout is spacious with an abundance of equipment available. I thoroughly enjoy every moment spent at the gym and have enthusiastically encouraged numerous people to join. A perfect 10 in my opinion.

When Retro EHT reopened during the pandemic, members were taken aback by the sudden onset of credit card charges without prior notification or guidance on opting out. The franchise owner dismissed the need for notifications, suggesting that individuals should have been keeping up with the news. However, news outlets did not provide any relevant details about the charging policies or how to opt out. Furthermore, the manager's claim of sending notifications was proven false, indicating a clear attempt to cover up their significant blunder.
I typically refrain from leaving reviews, but Retro EHT's unethical business practices call for attention. I eagerly anticipate the expansion of Produce Junction next door once Retro EHT is out of the picture.

I absolutely adore this gym, the pricing is quite reasonable, but it always seems to be bustling with people - and I mean always. I'm on a contract paying $21, which I find to be a great deal. The equipment functions well, the bathrooms are spotless, and the staff are friendly and helpful. My only gripe would be the overcrowding; they might want to consider relocating to a more spacious location.
