The equipment and the staff are truly top-notch, we had my mate's body assessed and discovered he's overweight, but we're determined to guide him towards achieving his ideal gym physique with the assistance of the exceptional staff! I absolutely adore this gym because it's always open! The staff are fantastic, the equipment is spotless and well-tended to. Just to set the record straight, I'm not the same Adam as that rude bloke from a year back.

I absolutely adored this gym until it came time to terminate my membership. I must confess, I was unaware that I was still being billed for a membership that I believed had ended over 6 months ago. Upon noticing the payment debited from my bank account, I promptly visited the gym to cancel. To my surprise, I was informed that auto-renewal is their policy, and despite my cancellation, I would be charged again next month as per their regulations. They were unyielding and unwilling to rectify the situation. The customer service was abysmal. The only concession offered was that I could continue to use the facilities for the remainder of the month, despite my recent injury preventing physical activity. It is important to note that they lack empathy and are unwilling to cooperate in any manner; instead, they continue to extract funds even post-cancellation.

Cable machines, free weights, cardio equipment, and a spacious studio for classes complete this treasure! Everything has its place... truly impressive! And before you go, make sure to try out the Octane Fitness Lateral elliptical for a killer MMA workout. Cheers!
