Gym was just alright. By the time I decided to cancel my membership, they kept on charging my account for two additional months. Despite my repeated calls, I had to resort to filing a complaint through my bank to put an end to their continuous charges. Being deceived like that is truly disheartening, and based on that alone, I would not advise anyone to consider this company.

There ain't enough variety in the equipment, especially for the price they charge to join. It's way too expensive for what you get. Planet Fitness is cheaper and has more diversity in their offerings.

The gym is quite tidy and wasn't too crowded when I visited over the weekend. The staff were really friendly, but I do think it would be great to have more wipe-down stations scattered throughout the workout space, as there are only two for such a sizable area.

It's rather petite, and their cardiovascular machinery is antiquated and in need of repair. Additionally, they bill you twice yearly for equipment upgrades, which doesn't appear to materialize. I never quite felt at ease in this gym. Moreover, canceling isn't straightforward. You cannot simply terminate over the phone; you must physically go in to cancel. If you delay too long, they continue to bill you for a month even after your contract has concluded. Just keep this in mind.

What's not to like about having 24-hour access? Personally, I favor the Breax Bridge and Carencro branch over the Pont Des Mouton location. The lady who manages that one can be a tad moody.

The equipment selection is lacking, especially considering the membership cost. It's quite pricey for the offerings. Planet Fitness, on the other hand, provides a more affordable option with a wider range of equipment.
