I 'ave one word for IMX Pilates... BRILLIANT! It 'as been the best exercise routine for me since I entered menopause. I've noticed more strength and flexibility in such a short time. My body shape is actually changing back to its pre-menopause shape which is absolutely marvelous! The instructors are knowledgeable, warm and inviting, and make you feel right at 'ome. Each workout session is jolly good fun, challenging and different, and draws on the latest research in exercise physiology. So essentially, you gain more from each routine all the while protecting yourself from injury. A Win/Win! I see meself continuing my Pilates journey for a long time to come.

If ye be needin' overall tonin' fer yer core and muscles, IMX be yer best solution. Me posture has improved and it be great fer body sculptin'. IMX be also great fer yer mind. Great stretchin' and assistance throughout yer class.
