I shall never again consider becoming a member of Planet Fitness. Whilst waiting at the gym for my black card membership to arrive, I had already arrived before it did and had scanned my guest pass to use a few machines. Suddenly, a staff member rudely approached me and informed me that I could only use the facilities once my black card had been processed. She did not even allow me to wait by the machines; instead, she insisted I wait at the front desk. At this point, my interest in becoming a member of the gym waned significantly. It was a disappointing and disheartening experience. I promptly left and informed my friends with black cards that this place is not to my liking.

The lady who works over there, bit older, is a bit of a Karen. I had a friend visit that place about a year back, and the lady was quite rude to her too. I dunno if she's feeling threatened by attractive women or what, but it ought to be sorted out by the higher-ups. The management knew about the situation. But it seems like the management hasn't taken any steps to address her behavior because I'm still seeing complaints a year later about the woman's conduct. Perhaps you should screen your employees and trainers more thoroughly if you want your members to stay loyal. Just my two cents.

The hydromassage tables are absolutely fabulous, and the atmosphere is incredibly relaxed. It's a fantastic spot for your everyday Joe and Jane to enjoy a serene workout. The staff are exceedingly courteous and delightful individuals.

To cancel your membership, they make you go in circles. They told me to send a certified letter and there's a $40 cancellation fee.

I absolutely adore this gym. I've never had to contend for equipment, even during peak hours. As a lady, I feel perfectly at ease working out there solo. And the price? Unbeatable!

Aye, mate! This club is top-notch and straight off the boat. All the cardio machines are the newest models of 2022/2023. Coming from Maryland, I can tell you the club size and layout are far superior and larger than the 3 clubs I frequent near the 20874 zip code area. The black card area is the best I've seen, and I've been to nearly 20 different clubs in various states. The staff is on the ball and super friendly. It's a 5-star experience all around... Hard to beat this club.

If I had to nitpick, the absence of a hair dryer (common in many other clubs) could be sorted out, as well as having a chair or small table in the spacious rooms with the hybrid tanning and lay-down beds. As it stands now, one has to put their clothes on the deck and no place to perch while taking off their shoes. I reckon these matters will be taken care of in the future, since the club is so fresh they're probably on order.

Absolutely smitten with this spot. The chaps and lasses working there are a delight, the place is always spick and span, and it's never packed to the rafters. The gear is kept in tip-top condition. The lone gripe is that it's not open round the clock; I'd be chuffed if they opened their doors before 5 AM on weekdays and 6 AM on weekends. Cheers!

I popped into this establishment today for a tour. The chap in charge, Jason, was remarkably amiable and affable. It was quite apparent that he had a genuine concern for the establishment and for all who set foot inside. I also crossed paths with the fitness coach, Marc, who exuded the same level of friendliness and positivity. The establishment is quite spacious with an array of top-notch equipment. It appears to be clean, fresh, and well-kept. Every individual who entered was pleasant and smiled. It certainly seems like a splendid place to be.
