No soap to wash your hands, mate. Always some excuse for not having any soap around here. I've asked the manager to give me a bell three times already. Still waiting.... I reckon it's not that important to them, eh?

Every time I come in 'ere, there's a lad cleaning and interruptin' not just my workouts but others' too, as I've 'eard other members mention it when 'e's cleanin'. I appreciate the cleanin', but do it when the gym ain't so busy or after hours, or move to another area so you're not disruptin' a workout... Not to mention the steam room bein' cleaned at random times on the days I attend. There's a time and place for cleanin' and it ain't whilst payin' members are usin' equipment and 'avin' to stop what they're doin' to vacuum or mop. I rarely leave reviews, but this 'as occurred on multiple occasions. Also, in terms of cleanliness, 'ave someone take a gander at the soap dispensers in the men's showers, they're abominable and covered in mold and mildew. I've waited months to see if someone would take notice or clean 'em, and it 'asn't 'appened yet.

I 'ave been frequentin' the axiom at the village for o'er a year now. I 'ave 'ad their unlimited mystic tan membership for about 6 months now. They switched out every front desk person and the service is AWFUL. The past two months I've waited on the staff almost 30-45 minutes to spray tan while they take care of other customers. Sometimes 'avin' to ask multiple times if I'm goin' to be 'elped. It's very clear in their tone and delivery they are not welcomin' nor do they want to 'elp you. The mystic spray tan room is absolutely FILTHY. No bin for dirty towels so they are scattered amongst the room. Used 'air nets on the cabinet shelves. No new clean towels, no lotion, no 'air nets, or footies to ensure my spray tans will look good. they 'ave been out of the dark spray the past three times I 'ave gone. I 'ave called and made MULTIPLE complaints and nothin' 'as been taken care of. Axiom, take care of your customers!!

Superb gym. I've been working out there for the last 4 years. The village is making some fantastic upgrades. I'm excited to see how beneficial the changes will be for Axiom. The staff is brilliant and will bend over backwards to assist you. They also provide an excellent kids club. I strongly suggest you become a member!

I say, jolly well disappointed I am! It's an absolute nuisance, isn't it? Every eager beaver high-schooler and sprightly young adult around the corner fancies themselves a fitness "influencer" these days, prancing about with their cameras in tow. The other day, I sauntered into the gym for a good workout, only to find a young whippersnapper getting his chum to film him. Not only did I not wish to be caught on camera, but the blasted tripod was obstructing my way. The chap had the audacity to primp his hair in the mirror, perform a few reps for the camera, and repeat the same charade with another exercise. Absolutely preposterous, I tell you! What a shame that the establishment allows such shenanigans with cameras. Furthermore, they admit far too many members, creating a positively bustling atmosphere. I do declare, I shall be terminating my membership forthwith.

I neva' 1. Been to 2. Signed up for 3. Given my financial info to 4. Authorized Axiom to charge me debit card. EVER.

This gym BOUGHT me debit info from anotha' local gym that shut down and illegaly transferred me expired contract to they gym location & reactivated it. This gym charged me $106 without me say-so.
I can’t tell ya' how illegal it is to activate a contract and charge someone’s card without gettin' any paperwork or approval from the client. Such a violation of clients rights. I didn’t give ya' me card info, I didn’t authorize you to activate a membership in me name, I never been to this gym. You betcha I’ll be in touch with your headquarters about activating contracts & buyin' card information from other local gyms without ANY form of consent from the purchaser.

I've been frequenting this establishment for more than a year now and I must say it's a fantastic spot with a wonderful ambiance. However, the only hiccup I encountered was last night when I popped in to grab two shakes at 10:56 PM. The employee manning the desk appeared rather unprofessional and was sprinkling his conversation with some unsavory language. It seemed like he was quite bothered by my decision to order the shakes and kept muttering complaints under his breath while preparing them. If you're not enjoying your job, it might be time to consider another line of work, mate.
Joseph Ward (4/7/25, 1:12 PM):
I opted for axiom due to their daycare facility. However, each time I visited the gym and attempted to utilize the daycare for my son, there was only one staff member on duty in the daycare, resulting in a wait of 1 to 3 hours to enroll my son. I allocate 2 hours daily for working out. Waiting 1 to 3 hours for daycare availability and then exercising for 2 hours is not feasible for me. Despite attempting to end my membership several times, axia makes it exceptionally challenging to do so. I contacted my bank to halt payments to axiom, but they persist in trying to charge me and threatening to escalate my overdue payments to collections, despite not using their services for months. My recommendation is to seek services elsewhere. Should you switch gyms, they will continue charging you until resorting to collection actions, potentially damaging your credit. This conduct is unacceptable and unethical in business operations. They are aware of this yet proceed regardless. Clearly, they lack concern for their members, evident by my membership since 2014. With my son's birth in 2023, realizing the daycare did not meet my needs prompted my decision to depart. Nevertheless, they are unwilling to cancel my membership.
