Jason's group training sessions are absolutely fantastic. I've only been at Champion Fitness for a few months, but it's been amazing. Every workout is different, my endurance has improved significantly, and it's so enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to everyone. :) Plus, Jason's music selection is spot on and adds to the overall experience!

The workouts at Champion Fitness 'ave changed the way I feel about me body and me strength. I've always been active, but not big on workin' out for the sake of workin' out.

I thought I would go to the group sessions for a couple of months to get ready for me roller derby season. I did weight liftin' for the first time since high school (many years ago). I like seein' how much weight I can lift, 'ow I am gettin' stronger. With the HIIT trainin', I notice I am able to do more intense activity for the entire session. I've also noticed that exercises I really struggled with in the first month, I can execute without a second thought.

The changes to me physical fitness 'ave changed generally 'ow I feel about meself as I carry meself through space. It 'as changed 'ow I play roller derby. I am thinkin' about participatin' in events like Spartan races.

I am more confident in all facets of life because of the intense workouts at Champion Fitness.

This gym is absolutely fantastic! You'll be totally hooked after just one visit. Jason is not only incredibly knowledgeable in the field, but he designs challenging workouts that are both effective and enjoyable! The gym is filled with friendly folks who welcome you like family, and the trainer is dedicated to keeping you on track and truly wants to see you thrive. I enrolled in this gym a couple of years back to kickstart my training for my inaugural Spartan race and got totally captivated after just one week. Even now, after all this time, I never find the workouts dull and can see continuous improvements. Jason has a real knack for designing workouts. I never feel like I hit a plateau. Not only are the workouts, the facilities, and the owner top-notch... the folks who frequent this gym become like a second family. I joined this gym a couple of years back and am absolutely thrilled I stumbled upon it! I've never been part of a gym that has such a strong team/family vibe. Everyone here supports and cheers each other on. Jason designs amazing workouts with a deep understanding of the body and delivers visible results. This has been the best decision I've made in a long while. He really pushes me to my limits each day. I must admit, I can be a bit slow on the uptake and uncoordinated at times, but he's incredibly patient in guiding me through the correct workout techniques every day. With each session, I feel myself getting stronger and in better shape!

If you're keen on getting in top-notch shape, he's the personal trainer for you, no doubt about it. Personally, I reckon his group training sessions are top-notch, but his one-on-one sessions?
