The staff at this gym are always so warm and welcoming, they greet me with a smile as soon as I walk in and bid me farewell with kind words when I leave. They take great care to ensure the facility is always kept clean and tidy.

This planet fitness location was the worst I've visited. Lacking bosu balls, slam balls, and nearly devoid of kettlebells.

Today was my first time visiting the gym, and I must say I was a bit taken aback by the lack of a warm welcome. Upon entering, I approached the reception counter, only to be met with blank stares from the staff. Feeling a bit awkward, I had to inquire about signing up for a membership myself. They simply gestured towards a sign instructing me to use the app. After completing the somewhat tedious process, I returned to the counter where I was asked to take a photo before being left to explore the facility on my own. I was quite surprised by this experience, especially considering the numerous reviews praising the friendly staff. Despite this, I have given the gym three stars as it is exceptionally clean and well-equipped.

Incredible value for the price! The gym is a tad on the petite side for my liking, considering the assortment of machines and workout alternatives, but everything functions impeccably and the equipment is top-notch. Showers are at your disposal, yet remember to bring along your personal items like shampoo, towel, and such. The team was outstanding – incredibly gracious and accommodating. They elucidated all and guided me through as it was my initial visit, which was truly pleasant.

For a small additional fee, you gain entry to some lavish extras like massage chairs and tanning beds. The only drawback for me was that for the tanning bed, you must remember to bring your own eye protection – a touch bothersome in my opinion, but I comprehend… it's alright, no sweat.

Apart from that, it's a dependable gym and unquestionably worth the cost. Highly recommendable! Oh, and the parking is slightly restricted, be warned.

Lovely gym, loads of equipment available. Can get rather bustling and full, but the locker rooms and bathrooms are spotless. The staff are super friendly and the equipment is in top-notch condition.

I made the decision to check out the new spot in West Oakland, and I have to say, I was really impressed with the spaciousness and the wide variety of machines and equipment on offer. It's super tidy and the customer service reps are friendly and helpful. Since joining as a new member, this has got to be the top-notch Planet Fitness gym I've come across.

I popped in for the first time a couple of weeks back, and let me tell you, the lady at the front desk was an absolute gem - full of positive vibes even at 6 in the morning! She kindly gave me a tour of the place. Honestly, this Planet Fitness was probably the cleanest one I've ever seen. Can't wait to hit it up again.
