I must say, I am absolutely thrilled with the impeccable cleanliness of the facilities here at the gym. The warm and welcoming greetings from the front desk staff truly elevate the entire experience! My previous gym experience was rather lackluster due to its poor upkeep and the unfriendly, unhelpful staff who seemed more interested in their phones than assisting members.

I absolutely adore this gym! It's always spotless, and the chap who enrolled me was quite pleasant. Although, there is a lady staff member in the mornings during the week who seems a bit choosy about who she welcomes. I do recall once when I requested to book a massage bed, she did roll her eyes at me. Apart from this individual, everything else about this establishment is exceptional.

Prístine, with top-of-the-line equipment (plenty of it,) fantastic diligent, accommodating, seemingly happy staff including security, and a very varied membership. Past problems in the parking lot appear to have been sorted out. I appreciate a place that embraces and nurtures community.

Update 3/6/24: The aftermath of the sale is still noticeable, though not as severe. Evening parking has slightly improved. They've posted signs to deter non-PF customers from parking, but I don't see it as a major issue. Adjusted my rating from 2 stars to 3.
Update 1/31/24: Firstly, I must commend the excellent staff here! Their performance cannot be faulted. The management is exceptional! However, Planet Fitness recently launched an incredibly affordable membership sale, causing parking woes in the evenings and high demand for machines. While the facility is tidy, this sale is negatively impacting longtime members; newcomers are unaware of the situation. The number of members at this site seems excessive and unrestricted. The change has been so drastic, and I'm quite disheartened. I will provide further updates if circumstances shift. My sympathies go out to the staff.

Lovely, tidy, budget-friendly gym with no fuss. Loads of gear and I've never had to queue up. The staff are a delight. Would definitely suggest giving it a go.

I absolutely adore this gym! The management and staff are incredibly polite, always ready to assist and willing to offer customers the benefit of the doubt. I’ve been a member at my local PF branch in San Jose for a year now, but I love the flexibility of being able to visit multiple locations with my Black card membership. There’s a chance I may designate this PF branch as my primary location in the future, depending on personal circumstances and work commitments. Just love it!

The best thing about this Planet Fitness has to be the staff! They are so welcoming, always saying hello and goodbye with a smile. The gym is always sparkling clean, thanks to the dedicated members who keep it that way.

Whenever I hit the gym, I find it to be impeccably neat and serene, with the added bonus of top-notch massage chairs and an absolutely fabulous Hydro massage bed. The spacious layout of the gym is also a major plus, as there seems to be ample room for everyone to exercise comfortably. Cheers to a well-maintained and welcoming fitness environment!
