Brilliant gym! They've got heaps of free weights. The staff is so kind and more than willing to help you out no matter what your budget is! Super clean! A fantastic gym for folks who do freelance work too! I'll definitely be returning whenever I'm in the area!

The staff are quite friendly and welcoming, and the place is fairly clean. However, the gym rarely has the AC on, so it's always very humid and smelly as a result. This can make your workout quite uncomfortable and may even make you want to leave mid-session. Additionally, the door to the girls' sauna is often broken, making it difficult to open and close at times. Occasionally, younger kids may be seen fooling around on the machines and recording themselves, which can be quite annoying as you might inadvertently end up in their videos. Despite bringing these issues up with the staff and talking to the kids, they continued their behavior without facing any consequences. I would rate this gym 3 out of 5.

Absolutely loving it here!!! Victoria, in babysitting is incredibly welcoming and amazing with my daughter! She engages with her, as well as the other kiddos! The gym equipment surpassed my expectations and more! Thank you Crunch! And a big thank you to Victoria for taking care of my little one while I de-stress during my workouts!

A lot of the gear is a bit ancient and some is out of commission. However, I do NOT RECOMMEND this place mainly because of the unprofessional and unreliable staff and management. My family and I had a truly terrible experience with one of the owners (Rick) and a receptionist (Denny). While certain staff members (like Jordan and Linda) are clearly skilled professionals and good people, others behaved terribly unprofessionally and unreliably towards us. Here's what went down - Rick offered us a deal to entice us to join (a card for my daughter to come along as a guest for a certain number of non-consecutive visits), which was HIS idea, and then randomly revoked it before we had used up all the days (the card was NOT expired). I mean, they informed us (Denny) at the front desk, seemingly out of nowhere, and in a very rude manner “this is your last day using the card.” When we asked why, standing there perplexed, they wouldn't give any sort of explanation and treated us as if we had done something wrong; the way they treated us as we stood there at the front desk waiting to work out not only lacked basic customer service skills, but also basic human decency. It was truly awful.
Don’t trust their offers, don’t trust their initial friendly demeanor (mentioned in many of the reviews). Don’t put yourself or your family in the position of being treated the same way further down the line after all the friendliness fades away.

This gym allows dogs 🐕 on its premises, so if anyone gets a flea bite or has an allergic reaction, the owner should be sued for not disclosing this information to the members upon enrollment. What happened to the policy of "no shoes, no shirt, no service," or "no dogs allowed"? I do understand that service dogs are permitted in public spaces, but authentic service dogs wear their service vest with the emblem displayed prominently.

I had a splendid time at this gym. Extremely clean, and JT, one of the staff members, was incredibly helpful in providing me with a tour of the facilities and demonstrating how to use the equipment. He even gave me some easy and efficient workout routines to kick things off. Truly an outstanding gym.

This is indeed a fantastic spot for a workout. The personnel are incredibly friendly and hospitable. The trainers are always prepared and eager to assist with any inquiries to ensure you feel at ease with your exercise regimen. The management team is also exceptional! The facility's cleanliness is top-notch! I would highly recommend Crunch Pharr to anyone.

The Gym is ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. The Staff are rather cool. A secure environment. The Front desk worker Juan was very helpful in giving me a tour and explaining the equipment. I would rate this place a perfect 10/10!!! I highly recommend paying a visit.

Top-notch gym equipment, I must say! But, let me tell you, if you're thinking of canceling, pausing, or simply inquiring about anything, don't count on the manager to be courteous. Dreadfully rude, and truthfully, the entire exchange led me to ditch this gym altogether. Treating patrons in such a manner is truly undeserving of their loyalty.

Juan is a very humble gentleman who offered assistance not only to me, but to others around the gym as well. I almost mistook him for the manager because of how attentive and kind he was to all the guests. We need more individuals like him who genuinely care and are passionate about their work and others.
