A very welcoming gym! I absolutely adore every single workout session I have there! Big shoutout to the front desk girl Victoria for always assisting me whenever I need something! She's consistently reliable and there for any necessary needs! Incredible staff!

I've recently begun attending this gym and opted to hire a trainer. I was paired with Christian G. and have been working with him for the past 2 months. He has truly been instrumental in keeping me motivated. I must commend his dedication to his clients. Additionally, I must highlight the impeccable cleanliness of the gym. Every time I arrive, I feel warmly welcomed by Kaylie and Jordan at the front desk. The entire staff is exceptionally helpful and professional. This has been my experience at this establishment. P.S. I'm thrilled to share that I have dropped 2 clothing sizes!

This gym is absolutely top-notch. They have a wide array of equipment and loads of space. The staff was incredibly helpful with all my needs, particularly Enrique at the front desk who answered all my questions and was extremely attentive to anything I required. Excellent customer service across the board!

It's a fantastic gym and their staff are incredibly friendly. One of the associates, Juan M., assisted me as soon as I walked in. He was so helpful and answered all my questions, like where to find the machines.

The place is spotless because it's brand spanking new. The staff is jolly good, always with a smile.

My two stars are solely for the bogus advertising. I joined on their grand opening day and was told all sign-up fees would be waved. However, when I paid for my second month today, I was informed of an upcoming annual fee of nearly 50 bucks. I was not forewarned about this fee during sign-up; in fact, I was assured all fees would be disregarded if I joined on grand opening day. Turns out, they were only temporarily dismissed, quite the jape. Quite humorous, but not particularly amusing.

I've had two unfortunate encounters now with Crunch. Last January, I paid in advance for a year's membership only to lose it when the former locale shut down shortly after. And now, this deceitful membership promotion.

So, two stars from me, and I'm rather torn about sticking around.

Mate, this gym is hands down the best I've been to since Freedom Fitness closed down. The staff are top-notch, the equipment is top-notch, and the people are top-notch. I absolutely love it!!!

The gym equipment is top-notch, HOWEVER... If you ever need to cancel, pause, or inquire about anything, don't count on the manager to be courteous. Utterly rude, and the entire encounter made me quit this gym altogether. Treating your customers in such a manner is unacceptable.

UPDATE: So I departed the premises, and afore I departed, I made sure to cancel my membership with the front desk. Some months later, I checked and noticed that they were still deducting the monthly fee from my account. Upon contacting them, I was informed that my account had been suspended, not canceled as I had instructed. When I requested a refund for the unused months during which I believed my account was canceled, they declined. This establishment displays dishonest practices, and if feasible, I would recommend seeking alternative options to avoid such issues.

A decent gym at a reasonable price and well-maintained.
