I've been frequenting this gym for over 3 years now. The previous owner was fantastic - he always responded to messages and emails promptly, kept us informed about any issues with the gym or equipment, and even made sure to be present at the gym to assist with any door problems and ensure everyone could come in and work out. However, since the new owner or management took over, things have gone downhill. The garbage cans are overflowing, the gym is dirty, there are no wipes available, several pieces of equipment are out of order, the bathrooms are filthy and the water sometimes overflows, and the main door isn't functioning properly. I've tried reaching out through messages and emails, but I never receive a response. Considering the price I pay, I believe I deserve better than this - or at the very least, the same level of service we had before.

The registration process was a breeze, and the gym is impeccably tidy. The staff is also very pleasant and helpful.

Garrison and Thomas are absolute wizards at creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere here. I absolutely love the round-the-clock access and how impeccably clean the gym is kept.

I stood by the office for a good 15 minutes waiting to pay for a day pass. No one bothered to give me a simple greeting or even acknowledge my presence... I'm not quite sure where all these glowing reviews are coming from. Absolutely no customer service whatsoever.

I recently had my initial visit to Anytime Fitness, and Garrison was just fantastic! The gym is spotless, has all the equipment one could need, and being open 24/7 is incredibly convenient. Garrison really made me feel at home and inspired right from the start. If you're on the lookout for a top-notch local gym, this is the place to be! Don't forget to request Garrison's assistance during your visit. I can't recommend it enough!
