I've been a member at this gym for 5 years and let me tell you, this is THE top-notch affiliate in the area. Other gyms might have more folks, but we prioritize quality over quantity.

Every day you're pushed to your limits by the workout, your fellow classmates, and your coaches. No frills or tricks here. You show up, give it your all, and with dedication, you'll uncover the finest version of yourself.

I've seen some negative feedback floating around. But that doesn't faze me. Structure, discipline, and hard graft aren't everyone's cup of tea. There's no quick fix. Just hard graft and dedication. And this is the prime spot to discover it.

For the past 3 months, I've had individual coaching sessions with Matthew Strong and it's been absolutely outstanding. I initially had some shoulder issues, and he not only helped alleviate my discomfort but also made my shoulders stronger. We trained together 3 times a week for 30 minutes each day. In that short period, I've improved my endurance and strength while shedding some pounds. This has been the best coaching experience I've ever had. Matthew was always on time, friendly, and motivating. One of the things I appreciated the most was his ability to adjust the workout when I had any pain or injury, and eventually strengthen those areas (like my lower back). I highly recommend him and this facility to anyone seeking top-notch coaching.
