I do travel for work for a few months at a time, so I've tried many different gyms. Not that it shows. Anyway, there are 3 parts to why I love Sweat.

1. The coaches. The coaches are really friendly and are great about making you feel confident/comfortable with new types of exercises/weights. I've witnessed this with everyone, no matter your size or experience level.

2. The workouts. I love that their workouts are designed to prevent injury. The workout has a prep session to get you ready for the bigger part of the workout with similar movements. I think too many gyms lose sight of the importance of proper form in preventing injuries.

3. The music. If I had one, I'd sell my first born to get access to their old school playlists.

This is a fantastic place to improve your health and fitness. The team is incredibly helpful and friendly. The classes tend to fill up fast (for good reason), so it's important to secure your spot as soon as you can.

I popped along to their lower body HIIT session at Hook Hall and had an absolute blast! The instructor was spot on with their instructions and demonstrations, the exercises were straightforward but definitely got the heart pumping, the music was full of energy, we were all safely distanced with tables between us, and a super cute dog even came over to say hello! Count me in for the next session – I'll be making this a regular thing for sure!

Marvelous gym and trainers, I must say! The layout is top-notch, and I thoroughly enjoy tracking my progress over time. It's a delightful yet demanding class with encouraging trainers in a welcoming atmosphere.
