Picklefit is an absolutely brilliant strength and conditioning class designed specifically for pickleball aficionados! It's jolly good fun and hones in on agility, flexibility, and core training, which really targets the muscles most utilized during matches. The classes are ever so varied, so it's always a treat to see what's in store for the next session! The ambiance is top-notch, with participants spanning from their 20s to their 60s, making it suitable for all levels of fitness. I absolutely adore that I can partake in this class with my ol' Dad, Vito, and all my pickleball pals. I wholeheartedly recommend Picklefit to anyone keen on upping their game while having a smashing time! I can already sense a marked improvement in both my game and fitness level! And let me tell you, they've got the finest coaches where you instantly feel like part of the family!❤️
