The coaching team at this Gymnastics center is top-notch. They have done a fantastic job at maintaining cleanliness and safety protocols during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Adam Gutierrez (6/3/25, 3:37 AM):
It's alright, but it would be beneficial for them to exercise more control over the departure of the children to prevent any unauthorized individuals from taking them.
Martha Cruz (5/31/25, 2:00 AM):
This place is absolutely fantastic ❤️❤️❤️
But do you happen to know Coach Rachel's surname?

The gymnastics classes themselves were alright, but I must say, they were quite sneaky when it came to financial matters.

Allow me to recount an incident that left a sour taste in my mouth. When we decided to end our membership, my daughter personally went to the front desk to inquire about the process. Surprisingly, they informed her that only parents could handle such requests over the phone. So, I made the call and was assured that we would be taken off the billing list – everything seemed sorted.

However, the following month, we noticed that the fees were once again deducted from our account. Assuming there might have been a notice period we overlooked, we reached out to them. Every time we called, a different staff member would promise to investigate and get back to us. After several frustrating phone calls, we were finally informed that they required written notice and offered no refund for the month's fees already paid.

After four years of loyalty, the way they handled this situation was disappointing, to say the least. So, if you're considering joining them, I would advise you to beware of their less-than-transparent practices.

Let me tell ya about Infinity, mate! We've had four of our kids in their program over the last 10 years, and let me tell ya, it's been a ripper of a time. Our lass is in the competitive program, where we know we're getting our money's worth. She's not just learning to flip and tumble, she's also got a fair dinkum chance at winning if she puts in the hard yards. Infinity's got two Olympians on the staff, along with a bunch of top-notch coaches who used to be ace gymnasts themselves. Our daughter's team has been smashing it at almost every meet for the past three years, taking home first place more times than I can count. It's bonza to see them being taught the right skills to compete at the top level, all while keeping their spirits high.

Now, when it comes to the admin side of things, the policies are fair dinkum clear when it comes to unenrolling. Sometimes us parents get a bit cheesed off when practice gets canned (usually 'coz of school closures or the odd sick coach) and rescheduled during the workday. But I reckon it's good to see the management making tough decisions and sticking to 'em, even if it doesn't suit everyone's schedule. It might be a bit of a hassle for folks with less flexibility, but hey, that's the way she goes.

All in all, we're over the moon with Infinity. They've got a cracker of a program that'll have your little legend training up safe and sound in the art of gymnastics. Cheers to Infinity for giving our kids a fair shake at success!
