What a jolly good spot for a young one to be! Encore truly became an extension of my family for nearly seven splendid years. Both my daughters and even I myself participated in the classes. The coaches are ever so encouraging, delightful, and understanding. Simply marvelous chaps. We were terribly blue to bid farewell to Encore because of our relocation, but we shall forever hold dear our fondness for gymnastics wherever our adventures take us! Cheers!

First shout out to Tam, the owner who seriously thought of everything with kids, family, and parents in mind. It is so hard to come to the realization that we are moving and I'm not finding ANYTHING remotely close to what you offer!

I love Parent's night out, even though the Halloween party didn't go so well for my daughter Charlotte it's a great idea and appreciate it being offered. LOL

Shout out to Elke-who recognized my girl at Heather Farms, at In and Out and now is that friendly face we get to see everywhere!

You have drop-ins during the day for parents to come in and let little PLAY!?! Wish I'd known about this sooner! Thinking this would be a fun event for Mount Diablos Mom club! Hint: both should work together to set something up.
Your fees are well priced. You have lots of class times available. I love how you rotate the kids around. Your facility is amazing and well kept. Plus so much fun things to do including the foam pit! (Seriously FOMO here! Can I play too?)

You handled the pandemic with grace and I appreciate it! My energizer bunny needed a place to let out steam and I will always be grateful for Encore and your team for giving us a great introduction to Gymnastics. Focusing on the FUN but also the fundamentals.

This gym is the kind of gym that takes your money and doesn't provide the services. About a month ago, we signed up for private classes. The instructor named Eugenie taught my sister for one Friday and canceled on us for the following Fridays because of her "busy schedule." Several days later, not knowing we were the same family, she contacted us saying she now has space for my brother to enroll and begin classes at the same time she previously canceled on us. After mentioning we were the same family, she said she will call back and never did. Yesterday, nearly a month after the day we registered, we went to see what was going on. We waited until Bernadette, an extremely rude old lady who was no help at all, came to speak to us. While we were calmly describing why we were there, she rudely cut us off to help someone else. This place had 0 respect for its customers. I advise you to take your child to a place that respects both your child and yourself.

They're not letting me into their stupid classes! I've been waiting almost a year, so eager to join, but they keep saying I'm first to try out. However, I don't end up making it into the class, and now I'm third on the list. That's why this place is awful - they don't even have air conditioning.

What a jolly good spot for a birthday bash and they really know how to make it splendid! All I had to tote along were the cupcakes and water, that's the lot! The young'uns had a proper ball, exploring the various nooks of the gym and having a go on all the jolly equipment. The trampolines and foam pits were all the rage! :) My lass had an absolute whale of a time at her 5th birthday shindig here, so we're off back for her 6th birthday bash this weekend. Reasonably priced for birthday shindigs too, especially when compared to some other venues.

If you're not continuing with classes, you won't be able to use makeup credits - no chance to redeem those makeups. The service is just alright.

I have been going to this gymnastics center for the past 11 years. I am only 11 years old, and I must say it is absolutely brilliant! The staff there show a great deal of respect towards all the members.

My wee lassie had her first gymnastics class at Prewett Park when she was only 4 years old, and her coach saw right away how advanced she was for her age. Her coach wasted no time and promptly referred her to the Encore coaches. She aced all her tests with flying colors, so she dove headfirst into tumbling and flipping alongside the 12-year-olds in the red group, and she absolutely adores it!

I am writing to inform management about the receptionist (female) who was rather unwelcoming towards my family. I had some basic queries regarding enrolling my child, and she made me feel as if I had made a mistake by approaching her. It's quite disheartening that this is the first impression new customers receive. Wishing you all the best in enhancing that aspect.

This establishment will surely overcharge you. I made a payment on October 26th and then again on November 26th. They canceled one session because of smoke and another due to the Thanksgiving holiday. Consequently, my daughters only attended two classes for the entire month, yet they insist on charging the full monthly fee! It's utterly absurd. If you're keen on spending $40 per session (a mere hour on a single day) and accumulating a slew of missed makeup classes, this is the perfect spot for you. The management shows no regard for their clientele.
