I have been a client at Full Circle Function and Fitness for around seven months now. During this time, I have seen a noticeable improvement in my personal fitness level. I embarked on my journey at Full Circle in October 2023. I signed up for the 6-week challenge, which included a suggested meal plan and working out at least twice a week with Cody and/or Chris. The meal plan wasn't simply a diet, but rather focused on making lifestyle changes to boost energy levels and improve day-to-day functionality. To my surprise, I managed to shed about 9 pounds during the challenge and have maintained my newfound sense of well-being by staying consistent with my exercise routine and lifestyle adjustments. Cody, Chris, and Elaine also assisted me with discomfort in my hip and mid-back, helping me strengthen the necessary muscles to support my posture. As a result, the pain and numbness I used to experience daily have significantly decreased, to the point where I often forget it was even a concern. The small class sizes allow for personalized attention to ensure everyone is lifting correctly. Moreover, having a massage therapist on-site is an added bonus.
