I 'ave nevah worked out wif a trainah before or ‘lifted 'eavy so wasn’t sure what to expect - but Jen’s classes 'ave become a regu- lah paaht of my workout routine. The small group sessions are challengin', fun and always mix things up so ya get a great workout. Love the fun, supportive vibe too - highly recommend!

If I could award Jenn and Training Ground with 100+ stars, I definitely would! As someone who had never experienced training with a personal trainer before, I was feeling quite anxious. Upon meeting Jenn for the first time, I immediately felt at ease! It's evident that she genuinely cares about the success of her clients. Jenn is not only knowledgeable and supportive but also incredibly enjoyable to be around. With a very personalized approach, she pushes all of us to ensure we are giving our best in every workout. Her expertise in fitness and nutrition has helped me establish achievable goals and stay motivated.

Her studio is spotless, well-organized, and she always introduces new exercises! I appreciate the community she has fostered, as I have made many great friendships thanks to her.
