OTA is truly the finest gym in Denver! The folks over at this gym are just so lovely and encouraging. Colby, the proprietor, genuinely looks after all his patrons. Rob Kirby plans my workouts every 6 weeks and does a splendid job! I've seen significant gains in strength since starting at OTA, and it's been almost effortless thanks to how well Rob tailors my workouts. It may be a tad pricey, but absolutely worth it if you're seeking to get in shape without any unnecessary pressure or obligation to hit the gym every day to see results. I highly recommend it. Colby, Rob, and Dillon are absolute legends!

I have been attending OTA for about six months now, and the results have been absolutely fantastic. The exercise program has really kept me on my toes and engaged, and it's been quite fascinating to see the progress I've made in terms of strength and body composition in such a relatively short timeframe. OTA has truly transformed my life in just over 12 weeks. After neglecting myself for years following the birth of my two children, I was determined to strengthen myself both mentally and physically. OTA meets you where you are and their coaches support you every step of the way.
I participate in the small group personal training, which ensures there are only 6 people in the gym with a coach at a time. This option is not only cost-effective but also offers convenient time slots from 5:30am to 6:00pm.
I'm incredibly grateful to OTA! There's nowhere else I'd rather be at 5:30 in the morning than OTA!
