Julia is absolutely fantastic! She really hones in on the areas I want to work on and provides clear, easy-to-follow instructions that I can also do at home. She even tailored exercises for me to do during work hours. There have been countless occasions where she corrected my form on an exercise that I thought I was doing correctly, showing me a much more effective technique. I feel more empowered and driven to continue my fitness journey - something that's completely new to me! If you're seeking to get fit and enjoy the process, Julia is the perfect choice!
