The membership price is spot on for the value of being able to bring a guest. The facilities are consistently pristine, although occasionally the men's restroom may lack toilet paper. There's an ample amount of equipment available, so no waiting required. The staff's friendliness is a mixed bag, with some being warm and others more reserved. On the whole, I would absolutely endorse this place.
Bobby Hall (6/4/25, 12:37 PM):
The staff is really friendly and helpful. There are plenty of equipment and free weights available, so no waiting necessary. My personal trainer, Mary Ellen, is absolutely fantastic. She's incredibly knowledgeable about all things fitness and has a countless number of exercises to keep things exciting. I've been a member at Crunch for nearly a year now, and thanks to Mary Ellen, I've made significant strength gains.

This bloke of a company is absolutely dreadful; their customer service is a nightmare. I took the liberty of cancelling my account via email, only to then be subjected to an entire hour on the blower conversing with some chap from a foreign land to finalize the cancellation process. Spare yourself the hassle and steer clear of this gym. They're quite shady as they do not grant you the convenience of managing (or terminating) your account online. Do yourself a favor and opt for a local gym instead. Cheers.
Samantha Young (6/2/25, 12:36 AM):
I signed up for a black Friday deal at Crunch Fitness, but sadly, I never ended up setting foot in the gym. I was surprised to see a $74.89 annual fee charged to my account recently, so I reached out to request a refund and cancel my membership. The general manager, Jonathan Carney, informed me that not only could they not refund the annual fee, but I also had to physically visit the gym to cancel my membership, despite never having visited before. It seems Crunch relies heavily on flashy ads and hidden clauses. Be cautious not to fall into the same trap as I did!
Daniel Simmons (6/1/25, 4:23 AM):
My teenage lad, who has his own membership at this gym, strolled across town to pump iron after school, only to be stopped by the manager and informed he can't enter without a parent?! This has never been a problem before as he's been hitting the gym solo since they first opened! Despite his valid membership, the manager refused him entry and made him turn back! I reckon both my boys and my hubby will be pulling the plug on their memberships here after this. What a farce this gym is turning out to be!
Isabella Turner (5/31/25, 10:18 AM):
I cannot express enough how great my experience has been with my trainer, Noah Lauredant. He really understands my needs and tailors my workout program to target areas where I need improvement. He is friendly, approachable, and provides excellent guidance on correcting my form while keeping me inspired throughout our sessions. Huge thanks to Noah for all his support and expertise!
Kevin Lopez (5/29/25, 1:18 PM):
Top spot for a workout. Quality gear and a welcoming atmosphere. Definitely worth checking out.
Roy Robinson (5/29/25, 11:09 AM):
I popped into Crunch last week with a mate and it was my debut visit. A lovely lass named Jane sorted out my first-time jitters with a smooth check-in process. As I waited for my friend who was lagging behind, Jane kindly offered me a hydro massage on the house. It was a grand gesture that made me feel right at home and appreciated, despite being a newbie. What a star she is! I'm seriously considering signing up for a gym membership soon.
Robert Ortiz (5/29/25, 3:48 AM):
Convenient spot, my trainer Molly is absolutely top-notch!!!!
Thomas Alexander (5/27/25, 8:04 PM):
I strongly advise against enrolling at this gym. Terminating your membership is an arduous task, and they charge you $78 every quarter without warning. The charges mysteriously appear on your card, requiring an in-person visit to cancel. Moreover, when attempting to end your membership, you are forced to pay for the current and following months. It would be more convenient if cancellation could be done over the phone, but due to their inability to compete with other gyms, they resort to deceitful tactics to extract money from clients. I am owed $79 plus $19.11 twice by Crunch Gym, but was unable to visit in person to cancel. The gym is consistently crowded, with individuals primarily focusing on generating content through videos, hindering those looking to have a decent workout. Ideally, a member of the management team will come across this feedback and take steps to address the issues. However, based on past experiences, it is likely that I will be charged another $19.11 for sharing this review.
Amanda Kelly (5/26/25, 2:30 AM):
I would honestly love to give zero stars if it were an option. The folks here really push the hard sell and it's quite dreadful. I've decided to cancel my membership by June 24th, but somehow this has led to me having to fork over more than $80 through August.
I'd strongly recommend against signing up and even steer clear of working for a place with such shady practices. In the event you do decide to sign up and later want to cancel, be sure to begin the process well ahead of time as they have a knack for tacking on extra fees.
Abigail Long (5/24/25, 2:29 PM):
Fantastic variety of equipment, fantastic atmosphere. Noah is an incredible coach, incredibly knowledgeable, and I truly value his ability to provide thorough answers to all of my inquiries. I've gained a wealth of knowledge from him, and his consistently positive and amiable demeanor is truly uplifting. He consistently goes above and beyond and has significantly aided in my progress.
Alan Morales (5/18/25, 6:31 PM):
Absolutely adore Crunch Burlington! I've been a member since they first opened their doors (actually, I signed up even before that in excitement for their grand opening!). They have a plethora of equipment, a fantastic selection of classes, the staff at the front desk are top-notch, and my trainer Mary-Ellen is an absolute gem. She not only motivates me when I need it, but she also shares a laugh with me and always keeps our sessions interesting. And have I mentioned the hydro-massage chairs? Oh yes, you simply must end your workout with a relaxing session in one of those!
Dylan Rogers (5/18/25, 2:25 PM):
Top-notch gym in the city, outstanding customer service, perfect spot if you're all about putting in the hard work and pushing your boundaries. Mary Ellen L and Christina are hands down the absolute best! 👌.
Mark Young (5/16/25, 8:57 PM):
I visited this gym recently and was disappointed to see that there is no control over the number of people working out at the same time. Additionally, I noticed that the dumbbells and free weights are not accurately labeled. Moreover, there is a prevalent issue of strong body odor among the patrons, and it seems like the management does not address the importance of using antiperspirant.
Helen Martin (5/15/25, 1:16 PM):
When Crunch initially opened up, it was fantastic (clearly spotless), but now it's rather filthy. There are deceased insects scattered around in the nooks and crannies of the equipment. It's consistently crowded throughout the day, with individuals lounging on the machines and rigs whilst engrossed in their phones. On one occasion, I visited and noticed a Personal Trainer (identifiable by their shirt) idling on the bench press for a whole 30 minutes. I simply wished to complete a set. Although it's reasonably priced, it's a complete waste of time. There's an excess of young folks in their crocs engrossed in TikTok. Furthermore, attempting to terminate membership is an exasperating ordeal. It cost me $80 to cancel.
Nicholas Martinez (5/9/25, 8:58 PM):
I must say, I would give this gym a solid five stars. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and the manager really knew how to keep everyone motivated. I've been to plenty of gyms in the past where the atmosphere just wasn't right, but this one was different. Huge shoutout to Christina for making my experience so fantastic and informative.
Alan Reyes (5/9/25, 5:29 AM):
I recently terminated my membership with this gym 4 months back. Despite numerous calls and emails, they are still deducting money from my account. My significant other even had two conversations with the manager, yet we are still being billed. I also sent an email but have not received any responses. My advice: steer clear of this place.
Amy Hill (5/8/25, 5:38 PM):
NEVER AGAIN!!! Do Not trust this gym. I do not care about their contract since they don't care about my family's energy in NY where I moved, even though they say they do and make pretend to. I was charged after canceling on September 8th and I was charged again on October 9th! I went to the gym personally and spoke with John about my situation, the guy I opened my account with who also lied about me not getting charged again, anything to make money and get a sale, huh! I hate gyms for this exact reason. I will not be joining a gym again because of this experience.
Juan Thompson (5/6/25, 5:27 AM):
Oh, what a nightmare! It's crucial to grasp the full scope of what you're committing to when joining this gym, mate. And be sure to snag copies of all your signed documents. I was assured I'd get an email confirmation when I altered my membership, but it never came through. I phoned them multiple times seeking clarity and received conflicting responses each time. Customer satisfaction seems to be the least of their worries; they're solely focused on meeting their sales targets. You're merely a statistic to them!
