As someone who dreads the gym and traditional workouts, I stumbled upon the realization that the only thing that could truly get me to the gym was the accountability of a trainer who not only listened to and addressed my physical challenges, but also understood my emotional (aka difficult personality) hurdles. Caleb D. is indeed a rare find and a true blessing for anyone in search of a trainer who collaborates with you on all levels to maximize each workout and enhance your overall well-being, all while making you temporarily forget the "work" aspect of working out.

Caleb tailored my training to accommodate past injuries while strengthening the muscles that would relieve strain on those injured areas. He was patient in introducing new exercises or routines into my regimen and actually took into account any discomfort I experienced, whether it was physical or simply awkwardness when learning something new. He never hesitated to join me on the mat or beside the equipment, guiding me on correct form and movements. Caleb effortlessly keeps up a conversation during the workout, creating such a relaxed atmosphere that you may momentarily overlook the fact that he is training you and closely monitoring every move your body makes, until he gently adjusts the weight or your posture, prompting that "oh yes, I am indeed working out at the gym" realization.

Under Caleb's guidance, I achieved muscle development and toning that I had long abandoned hope of attaining over a decade ago. I couldn't be more pleased with my results and will be continuin' to work with her one on one while also attendin' her group trainin' sessions. I've worked with a fair few trainers over the years, and I must say Stephanie truly shines with her passion and dedication to each and every one of 'er clients.

I 'ad a brilliant experience trainin' with Stephanie Mola at this gym. Stephanie is a proper professional who fully lives by the standards she sets for 'er clients, and it shows. She creates very enjoyable and challengin' sessions, and I definitely learned loads of great workout ideas durin' our sessions. She provides a very doable meal plan that I still use to prep my meals today. I highly recommend workin' with 'er to achieve your fitness goals. The gym itself is clean and spacious, and the equipment is in great condition. Overall, this is a top-notch place to train!

This personal training gym is absolutely brilliant. Stephanie Mola, the trainer, is an absolute gem. She's the full package when it comes to personal training. She schooled me in the proper techniques for weight training and cardio, showed me the ropes on healthy eating with custom meal plans, and guided me on fostering a positive mindset and self-motivation. She really helped me establish and achieve my fitness goals. As a competitive fitness athlete, she is a role model and a true inspiration.

I 'ave trained with Stephanie Mola for the last four years. Within a few months of workin' with 'er, me body started to change and me fitness improve. I went from just takin' group fitness classes, to addin' in weight trainin' three days a week, and found confidence in hittin' the weight room floor on me own. Me fitness journey started four years ago with Stephanie, and 'as brought me to bein' a trainer and fitness instructor meself and in the best shape of me life. Cheers to Stephanie Mola, a true fitness mentor!

Caleb is an absolutely brilliant trainer! Seriously. I was a bit sceptical about getting a trainer initially, but it was so worth it. He creates a complete workout plan tailored to your goals, which is fantastic for someone like me who knows very little about what exercises to do, how many reps, and what weight to use. I gained much more muscle training with him than I ever thought possible.

However, the greatest aspect of training with him is that he makes going to the gym feel so natural. There's no judgement, no anxiety, or anything like that. He has such a deep understanding of people and the gym that he knows how to integrate gym visits into the lives of those who are busy and make them feel good about it.

Additionally, his meal plans are exceptional and make it simple to know what to eat, when, and how much. I couldn't recommend him highly enough!
