Garage 1880 'as changed my life! Allie is the most patient, understandin', and knowledgeable trainer I 'ave ever worked with. She carefully curates a workout the 3 days I come in every week based on where me body is at. She pays close attention and assesses your movements to focus on exercises that are suitable for your skill level. She emphasizes the important things like mobility and form. I cannot thank Allie enough for all the attentiveness she gives me every time I come in. It’s a judgment free gym and I look forward to comin' in every time.

I trained with Allie before the new Garage 1880 space, and whether it was in her home garage or at Garage 1880, the workouts were always amazing! Personal training with her got me in the best shape of my life. I started out underweight, unhealthy, and choosing to skip meals over working out - I never enjoyed any form of exercise. In 2021, I decided I not only wanted to get healthy but also get STRONG! My husband and I decided that 2022 was our year to start trying to expand our family, and I wanted to do that as my best self. That's when Allie and Garage 1880 came into the picture! Training with her, I not only gained weight by building muscle but also discovered exercises that I enjoyed and would continue doing. I couldn't believe how much stronger I became! I am forever grateful, impressed, and inspired by Allie and what she has created with Garage 1880!

I have been training with Rebekah at Garage1880 for about 6 months and I absolutely cannot recommend her or the gym enough! Rebekah pushes me every week (while also keeping me entertained!), and it has been thrilling to witness my strength improve during this time. She prioritizes proper technique for me and makes sure I am lifting heavier weights safely. The atmosphere of the gym is fantastic - cozy and welcoming, not at all intimidating like bigger gyms!

Jared 'as 'elped me completely change me relationship wif running in the last 'alf a year. Before, me 'eart rate would go through the roof whenever I tried to exercise. Since following 'is advice on nutrition, sleep, mindfulness, and slow-paced running, me stress levels 'ave dropped significantly and I feel much more 'ealthy. I'm not too keen on strength training, but 'e manages to make it enjoyable. I can't wait to 'ave 'im as me coach for me upcoming 'alf marathon.

I must say, I'm feeling quite lucky to be training at the Garage!! My aim for 2024 was to rekindle my love for hitting the gym, and let me tell you, working with the Garage team has far surpassed my expectations.
I've been training with Rebekah, and it's been a match made in heaven. Not only do our personalities click, but she's an outstanding trainer. Rebekah brings a wealth of experience to the table and pays attention to the finer details that not only help you get stronger but also prevent injuries from cropping up in the future. She meets you at your level, and I've seen ASTOUNDING progress (I'm genuinely surprised) and have felt so sure of my abilities (which hasn't been the case since my college athlete days). Plus, our sessions are always a blast - we're putting in the work but also sharing a good laugh. I eagerly anticipate our training sessions every week!

Ah, mate, let me tell you about my experience at Garage 1880 since March. I've always been quite active, but personal training was a whole new world for me. Those big, fancy gyms? Not my cup of tea - too many muscle heads strutting around, you know what I mean? I felt lost when it came to lifting weights.
But then I found Garage 1880. What a gem! The atmosphere is just right - welcoming, supportive, and friendly. They tailor the workouts to your goals and provide you with an app that lays out your weekly workouts and tracks your progress.
