I 'ave worked in the Fitness field fer over 7 years, and in me time Michael 'as been the most educated, motivatin', and carin' trainer I 'ad the privilege to work with. Leavin' the fitness world made it difficult to keep fitness a top priority, and 'ad gained a good amount of weight. When I decided to take control of me 'ealth again, there was no question who I was goin' to turn to. Michael takes great pride in developin' programs to fit the needs and capabilities of each client.
