His expertise in strength and movement is top-notch, and he consistently endeavors to remain at the forefront of the most effective methods and training techniques. I've been under Matt's guidance for almost three years now - during this time, I've witnessed impressive increases in strength that I previously would have deemed unattainable, effectively pre-habbed and re-habbed from injuries sustained outside of the gym, and overall felt fantastic. His programming is customizable to suit your specific objectives and requirements, setting you on a path towards success. Moreover, the training environment is welcoming, supportive, and enjoyable.

Matt Horsman, the proprietor and coach, is truly outstanding — he's well-informed, motivational, and personally dedicated to everyone's advancement... the intimate group workout sessions create a lively, social setting, and Matt is a pro at ensuring each individual receives tailored guidance based on their objectives/requirements, all while striking the perfect equilibrium between mobility and strength training... It genuinely feels like one-on-one personal coaching, without being financially prohibitive, and I firmly believe Matt's coaching approach surpasses that of most fitness trainers today.

Since becoming a member, I've acquired a wealth of knowledge about correct technique, training more intelligently, and pushing myself in the right manner. I've witnessed significant enhancements in my strength and confidence, and now I actually enjoy heading to the gym, so I'm more consistent than ever... I can't recommend this establishment enough. I've been working out with Matt since 2020 and I just keep on coming back despite life's challenges! He is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled at finding the right balance between pushing me to my limits and giving me some leeway. I've trained with various trainers in the past, but none have matched his expertise in this. Recently, he brought on another trainer, and I must say that I typically prefer male trainers, yet Kathryn has surpassed my expectations. She is equally adept at knowing when to push me and when to make adjustments. They both seem to have a sixth sense and magically appear during a set to encourage me to keep going... do as many as I can, never give up, you can do it, get it! And surprisingly, I manage to squeeze out a few more reps. 😱 💪 😍 I have struggled with major knee and hip injuries in the past that were quite disabling, but they have been great at modifying exercises for me without holding me back due to those injuries. The longer I train with them, the stronger and more flexible I become. Matt transformed me, and they can do the same for you. Don't give up on yourself and give them a chance to show you how. You won't be disappointed.

The atmosphere is low key, the facility is fantastic, and Matt provides excellent training and guidance.
