I had the pleasure of working with Compel trainers Jill Stone and Mitch Hoffmann for just over a year. Oh my goodness. Not only are they incredibly motivating, but they both did a fantastic job of designing workouts for me that took into account some knee and back problems I've had for a while. As a competitive wakesurfer, I started this season the strongest I've ever been, and it's all thanks to working with Compel and their exceptional certified trainers.

Compel Fitness in Hanover has truly had a remarkable impact on my overall health and well-being. Prior to joining, my level of physical activity was quite average and my diet was okay, but I was gradually gaining weight. I required assistance in integrating diet and exercise to lose some weight and improve my health. By following the program diligently, success can be achieved. However, it ultimately boils down to putting in the effort.

The trainers are incredibly supportive, and I sense that they genuinely care about their clients. I plan to continue with Compel Fitness and would highly recommend the Hanover facility to those looking to make positive changes in their lives.

I absolutely adore working out at Compel Fitness. Over the last three months of training with them, I have not only shed 15 pounds (and gained strength that I never believed I could possess), but I've also celebrated many victories beyond the scale:
- My wedding ring now fits again!

- Carving out time just for myself and setting personal goals.

The trainers are there to guide you with meal plans, cardio, and workouts, but ultimately, your progress depends on your own efforts and commitment. They will encourage you, but it's up to you to decide how far you want to go. For top-notch guidance to break through your perceived barriers, I would wholeheartedly recommend Compel to anyone.

I 'aven't been in a gym in 20 years. When I walked in to meet Jill, I sat down, waited a minute. When I looked up, there was a very intimidating woman walking toward me. My brain was screaming "run away, run away," then 2 seconds later she introduced 'erself and 'er amazin' personality came through. She went over things and taught me a few things. She was very patient with my old, overweight self when doin' the exercises. Jill is friendly and motivatin'. I'm lookin' forward to a long relationship on the path to a healthier life.

Do not even think about signing up for this service. I ended my membership two months ago, and they are still attempting to deduct money from my account, while blatantly ignoring all of my calls and texts.
