I must say, I am quite impressed with this whole setup. The technology here is top-notch, and my Coach Micah is simply fantastic. Despite being 68 years old and having spent many years as a cyclist, my legs are strong and my anaerobic fitness is pretty decent. I truly value the opportunity to target different muscle groups, especially my core and midsection.

What I love most is how tailored the exercises are to each individual, and how precisely they are controlled by the Exerbotics. This ensures that I am always exerting the right amount of effort, neither too much nor too little. The use of computer graphics also aids in this process, providing clear data on my progress.

I just completed my third session this morning (07/27), and once again, it was a great workout. It really pushes you to work hard, staying focused and maintaining intensity throughout. The last station today, the leg and hand Spin - Interval Station, really had my lungs working hard. Overall, it continues to be a very positive experience.

The facility is consistently spotless, and the coaches are incredibly attentive and motivating.
