Cheryl Hall (4/5/25, 7:41 PM):
I must say, I am truly disappointed with the "trainers" during the past few weeks of the children's Ninja classes. Specifically, the three young women in charge of the 6-9 age group. The initial classes led by different trainers were fantastic, but then it all went downhill.

These young women barely engage with the kids. Their effort, interaction, and encouragement are at a bare minimum. They act as if they have more important things to attend to.

I understand that they are young and may not be fully committed to their work, but we don't enroll our kids in activities to burden someone else.

We are paying for a service, and it is unacceptable for the "trainers" to walk away and leave a child hanging from a trapeze while they scroll through their phone.

They have had to close down certain sections of the courses because they failed to keep the kids engaged, resulting in chaos. I even witnessed one of these young women yell at the children and then announce that part of the course was off-limits.

If only they made an effort to interact with the kids as role models and teachers, perhaps the children wouldn't lose focus or become bored.

I urge them to improve their performance.
