Sam be the fitness guru that I've been yearning for in my life. Joining her Zoom sessions holds me accountable and I'm always greeted by her warm smile. Prior to teaming up with Sam, I never considered myself to be an active individual. Honestly, the last time I was involved in a sport was back in 8th grade track, where I toppled over whilst attempting the hurdles...during a competition...in both the 100m and 200m races. That being said, the inclusive atmosphere she creates during sessions really resonates with me. Fast forward five months, and now I find myself occasionally bounding up the stairs two steps at a time to my apartment on the fourth floor. Without any mishaps, mind you.

Sam 'as 'elped me wif a number of physical ailments.

'er guidance wif 'er exercises 'as reduced the strain on me joints. I no longer 'ave plantar fasciitis flair ups or extended knee pain.
