I joined the Masters Class at Conca back in June, then decided to become a monthly member. I had been quite inactive for a few years before discovering this gym. Walking into a gym after such a long break can be intimidating, especially when you're over 40! I was dealing with bursitis in my shoulders and tennis elbow, but the trainers - Frank, George, and Steve - were amazing. They made sure I used the correct form and provided modifications for exercises I struggled with. And let's not forget Michelle, who checked in with me weekly! She reviewed my progress and challenges, offering valuable advice on how to overcome obstacles. On top of the workouts, Frank guided me on managing my calorie intake and navigating my macros. I cannot praise Conca enough for the incredible transformation I've experienced. After six months, I've lost almost 40lbs and I'm excited to see where I'll be in another six months.

I reached out to Steve Conca at Conca Sport and Fitness with very specific health and nutrition goals, as well as some concerns about my lower back issues and making sure I was exercising safely to avoid injury. Steve and his fantastic team of trainers have taken the time to meet with me multiple times to discuss my needs and desires in a fitness program. They have truly crafted a program that caters to all aspects of my fitness journey: nutrition, strength and conditioning, and emotional/mental well-being.

At Conca, they genuinely care about your overall health, and I absolutely appreciate that. It's not just a gym to work out; it's a place that guides you towards a healthier lifestyle. They push you to be the best version of yourself, motivating you to work hard while maintaining a mindset that keeps you on track with your fitness goals! They offer programs suitable for all ages and fitness levels, from middle schoolers and beyond.

The staff has been incredibly supportive, encouraging, and approachable! But above all, they make it enjoyable! They keep you sweating and smiling simultaneously! I eagerly anticipate each visit to feel healthier, stronger, and more energized. At Conca, you're never alone on your fitness journey. The coaches and fellow clients support you every step of the way! I needed the accountability and team spirit that CSF offers, and I intend to continue with Conca for the long haul. Starting a fitness journey can feel overwhelming, but let me tell you about the incredible transformation I experienced after completing a 6-week program. With promises of reducing body fat, toning muscles, and overall improvement, I was both skeptical and hopeful when I began. However, I decided to fully commit to the plan, eager to see what results I could achieve.

To my amazement, by the end of the program, I had lost 10lbs of body fat! It was truly an incredible and rewarding experience. Huge shoutout to Steve, David, Madison, and Michelle for guiding me through this journey. I'm excited to continue on this path and will be returning to Adult Team Fitness this week. Let's do this!
