In my humble opinion, this is the finest fitness center in DC. I adore the vibrant vibe of the instructors and participants here. The instructors are truly motivating, skilled, and meticulous when it comes to each individual’s form and progress. Although I've been keeping up with their online sessions, I am eagerly anticipating returning to partake in pilates classes once summer concludes.

In regards to the Metcon/HIIT sessions, I appreciate the fact that every week concentrates on a different aspect (power, strength, or endurance) and each day targets either the lower body, upper body, or full body. Moreover, adjusting the intensity of the workouts to suit your own abilities is made simple. I've continually experienced a warm and inviting atmosphere at this studio.

I must say, I was quite keen on enjoying the class and studio, but alas, my experience was rather mediocre. The lack of modifications offered during the abs class created a somewhat tenuous situation for newcomers. It appeared that the teacher only had eyes for the regular attendees, as the room was quite crowded and the sequence progressed at a hastened pace. Perhaps a more deliberate approach with fewer movements or increased repetition would have been beneficial, allowing for a focus on form rather than grappling to keep up.

On the brighter side, the studio itself was pristine, complete with a water dispenser and lockers. They boast a variety of classes, and the classroom maintains a pleasant temperature thanks to its well-functioning AC system.
