For instance, they can tell you the exact differences between this year's Ghost 13 and last year's Ghost 12, how those changes might impact you, and ultimately recommend the perfect pair of shoes for your needs. Alexis assisted me in selecting new running/walking shoes today to accommodate my severe arch drop and orthotics. She quickly identified the issues with the poorly fitting shoes I had purchased just a month ago from M******* S***** in Cambridge, and fitted me with new shoes that provide much better support and stability.

I never thought I would find such excellent service and shoe selection outside of Cambridge or Boston until today. Alexis impressed me with her expertise in the store's inventory and her ability to match me with the perfect shoe. I no longer need to travel to Cambridge for running shoes. In the future, I will be returning to Marx Running and Fitness!

I popped in just 10 minutes before they were about to close, and she still managed to sort out my foot pain, work out what size shoe I needed (I didn't even know my post-partum size), and ultimately get me some relief for my sore feet with a fresh pair of walking sneakers. I do say, I do wish I had stumbled upon "On Your Marx" sooner! I have now gone on several 6+ mile runs in the shoes they selected for me, and they are simply delightful! My previous pair of running shoes, purchased from an outdoor equipment emporium, seemed to fit me alright at first, but I was experiencing discomfort in my toe joints and ending up with bruised toenails. I presented them to On Your Marx and they quickly identified the issue. The chaps brought out a few different options for me to test out, and even had me trot on their treadmill for assessment. The ones we settled on together are absolutely splendid.

When he discovered the Nemesis shoe, he was proper chuffed with the quality and top-notch performance it delivers. I 'eard Marx is the place to visit for a proper assessment of yer feet, gait, stride, and the runnin' shoe ye be needin'. They certainly live up to all the grand reviews and then some. I collaborated with a fantastic young lad by the name of Asher who be a triathlete: he sure knows his business, be right friendly, and very knowledgeable about runnin' and the shoes they be sellin'. Turns out I be stickin' with Saucony for a good reason and he helped me pick out a fantastic pair with more support. Would highly recommend Marx, and Asher!

Mark Coddaire is an absolute gem! His expertise in selecting the right footwear for you is unparalleled. I found myself in need of new sneakers after a particularly rainy day left my old pair soaked through. Being from out of town, I turned to Google reviews to find a running store in the Acton area and Mark's name kept popping up, with reviewers praising his knowledge and honesty. I can confirm without a doubt that Mark truly cares about his customers and won't push you into buying more than you need.
It may sound peculiar, but it's true. I brought my old sneakers along, and Mark immediately identified the issues they were causing me. Even though they were from a reputable store in Florida, he was able to pinpoint the problem accurately. The new sneakers he recommended are fantastic.
If you struggle with foot discomfort while walking or running, this is the place to visit.

I 'ad a jolly good experience visitin' On Your Marx. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive, and personalized the experience specifically to me. I did the gait analysis for the first time, which was very useful to be able to see my form and find the shoe that was right for me. I would highly recommend to any new or seasoned runners. I will definitely be back!
